Uninstall Median 2008 (by replacing the existing Median 2008 patch.mpq with the 1.12 LOD one) and simply use Plugy. Although the character inventory won't be as large, the stash will be nigh infinite.
The only way to revert back to 1.11 would be to uninstall and then reinstall Diablo II as far as I know.
I recall reading a number of Matt's comments on various songs within the Diablo universe. As I found those interesting, I will be sure to listen to this as well.
Ideally, the corpses would stay upon the ground, but with the amount of enemies that will be attacking the character(s) onscreen (as well as the numerous special attacks, environmental effects, etc) there is likely going to be little room for the game to keep fully 3D rendered objects (that can be interacted with) on the ground for long. Well, it likely could, but at what cost? Dramatic lag?
It's a price we will have to pay, unless something more streamlined or some other advancement is made in the near future (either for the game, servers, or internet).
However, that being said, I would like to see an option for offline play that allows the user - if they so choose - to have the corpses remain on the ground (wither for a set duration or indefinitely).
A minotaur may be interesting to have as a summonable pet or other form of hire and/or command, but as a playable character, I don't feel that such a thing is truly, simply placed, a good idea.
They set a well constructed ambiance. It invokes images quite easily in the heavily ambient meshwork of sounds and melodies. There is much movement in the songs, which is perfect for the areas, particularly Tristram.
In a sense, it had me thinking of an interesting tapestry woven of the softer God of War tracks and Myst IV.
So, simply, I like it, and look forward to the other tracks, as the ones shown hold promise.
