I dont think anyone will go back to d2 after d3 is released.

Every time i would kill a boss and see a gold text item i get excited. Like a few years ago a gold text ring fell and i was like "holy crap this could be a soj". I tped as soon as i could and went straight to cain. It turn out to be a very very crappy nagel ring and i was so disapointed. Every time a unique item fell it turn out be really crappy or shitty. The greatest items i have ever got from a drop was:

A herald of zakarum (hoz) in nm chaos run.

A 149 def shako in a hell baal run.

3 soc archon plate with 10% def in a hell chaos run.

Those were found by my ww barb who had only 30 mf.

If its pay to play then to hell with it. I already spend $50 on this game and now they want me to spend $10-$15 a month to play the damn thing. That ruins a game. You got to remember that kids outnumber people on the interent 10-1, there like cockroaches of the internet. :/

Only quests worth doing in d2 were the ones that give skills and attribute points. Not a bad idea italofoca.

At first i thought you guys were talking about Doom 3 (d3) and really confusing the hell out of me.

Back on topic. yes they are capable. They did make Diablo 2 and now there making a starcraft 2 and in the distant future, a wow 2.

I don't think this has been stated before, but will the pvp in diablo 3 be more refined? Can you only battle people within your level range or will a lvl 99 still be able to hostile you at what ever level you are? I think everyone has went through being hostiled by a lvl 90+ character while your only lvl 9-50. I want it where if your level 88, you only only hostile people 80+.

Many people on d2 are no lifers and weird kids. Very few are actually intelligent thinking human beings.

Use Highlords, 1 to all skills, chance for critical strike, 30% ias some other mods. Best ring is dual raven frosts for attack rating.

I know there are people still playing but not as much as there used to be. A lot of people have quit playing Diablo 2 for reason at least. For me, it was the including of overpowered runewords. Stopped making the game fun and made the game way to easy. What was your reason?

Well to be honest, diablo didnt always have a soul stone in his head.

On open battlenet (way to easy) I had a level 999 character that did 99999k damage (literally) with 10223432def. Every time i hit a monster a diablo clone appears, i had 10 pop up at once. Open bnet was cheap but fun for a few laughs.

The reason diablo has a hole in his head is because he got so mad that he was easily defeated by a mere-mortal, his forehead got big and out popped (sorta of like zues and athena) a plan to return to our world. Thats why there is a diablo 3.

No teleport skill plz, everyone had teleport in diablo 2 and it pretty much made the game easy and boring.

There is this thing called multi boxing Whirlwhindbaba. Where one person can play 10+ characters in wow by themselves. I never played Wow so i don't know if having more characters help you gain experience faster or not.
