mmm
well i hope there is a more logical way to regain health/mana
i hate it how you go into a dungeon with full inventory of pots, attack a monster who is like 10x stronger but survive cause your constantly drinking health potions........ highly unrealistic/easy
any comments on the other classes? personally i like the idea of all the classes except 'Battlemage' and 'Dragoon' and the name 'Woodland Ranger' is pretty pathetic but i like the idea.
definitly. we had necromancer last game which is kinda evilish if you ask me. the witch doctor is kind of creepy, but i think we'll see darker then that.
rather then a 'horse' you should be able to ride dungeon-adaptable creatures, like small dragons or large lizards etc. or ride a different assortment of beasts which Blizzard can invent.
i really love this idea of this new class, and particularly enjoyed the lore u made up.
im not sure if i like the skill trees, the mercenery sounds like a all-rounded fighter.
1) complete a extremely hard quest in order to
a) gain access to a NPC who can bind items
gain access to a magical anvil or location or some some sort
2) once you complete the quest you can now access the Magical Item Binding ability.
3) you can pick up too 3 different weapons or pieces of equipment of similiarity which you can bind together. binding items costs GOLD or MAGICAL GEMS depending on the
rarity and value of the items!!! the negative of binding magical items is that the properties are downgraded.
for example:
=======================
Iron Sword of Flame
8-12 Damage
2-5 Flame Damage
==============
BINDING WITH
================
Longsword of Light
5-14 Damage
+15% damage to undead
==============================
RESULT
Cost to Bind: 1 Ruby Gem
1 Skull
WEAPON IN RESULT
Forged Longsword of Flame
10-16 Damage
1-3 Fire Damage
10% damage to undead
=============================
maybe just a skill tree which anyone can develop and it doesnt matter which class or gender you choose.
i believe 3 skill trees and 4 different attributes it not enough customization in this type of game. players should feel that their characters are unique to others players, and this means we need to add more types of customization into the game. agree?
