    No prob ;)

I'm on console, but it's pretty much the same. A speedrun version using In-Geom and Aether Walker.

NO COE! That is a completely different build.

Tal Rasha ELEMENTS... reread the 6 piece set bonus. So pretty much while out of archon - Arcane Torrent is Lightning, Blizzard is Cold and Teleport is Arcane. When you have all three - you pop Archon which is Fire for the 4th element. So those are the 4 elements used to proc the Tal Rasha 6 piece set bonus.

That bonus is active for the first 8 seconds in Archon (you can see the Tal Rasha element in the bar when it is active).

    You can't for console users.

You can try to manually input them into this though - https://www.d3planner.com/

Glass cannon? Uhm, exactly what is your build setup? I mean, Monks are one of the tankiest characters. You should not be getting one shotted at all, no way with all their defense abilities.

From Icy Veins - EP and Mystic Ally Inna's Set

Especially if you're running the Inna's set. It's all about their passive/defensive abilities and buff the allies.

If you are running the build perfectly - like how to play it and such. Then all that is left is Paragon Levels - Augments on gear - and trying to get Primals. All those provide stat boosts. Also, having a good equip'd follower helps out a lot when running Solo. Yes, aiming to get those elites are a great plus as they give out progression orbs which speed up the clear time. Having him with a Unity ring (as well as yourself) and an invincibility item - means he won't die and you take 50% less damage - a must for surviving higher GR's.

That alone made me jump from GR70 to GR85.

Make sure you have all four elements active when in Archon Form - you'll get a huge boost from the Tal Rasha set.

Try changing Magic Missile to Blizzard Frozen. Yes, both are 'cold' but you might do better with Blizzard.

It's usually the second time, if not the third time you go into Archon - with the overlap of stacks from The Swami - that you'll get a huge boost from the Vyr set.

As you stated, you have lightning on your bracers - which is great. Just make sure that's the highest elemental damage you have - as that is what the element you'll be using when in Archon form. If it isn't it won't proc Manald Heal.

Yes, you'll feel like you're doing massive damage with arcane torrent - however, this will only last as long as The Swami is active... once that drops, your damage will go back to default damage power.

Didn't one of the things they were going to change this season is to make that setting on by default?

Just wondering if others are getting these issues as well that been bugging me this season.

People still being able to join your game after you had already started a greater rift. Before anyone joining would just get a message that you can't join the lobby. Now people can join after you started it and those in it are at a disadvantage as you now have stronger enemies but not enough people to run it as they just sit in town. And more annoying is they wont leave. And you can't just close the lobby as you'll get disconnected and you loose out on a rift key.

The amount of wide area affects by the enemies. They just spawn ridiculous amount of poison circles and the fire paths that spread out and all the arcane beams. Its so frustrating. I'm not just talking one or two, but all off them covering the whole screen and then some, you can't just teleport to the next spot as that will be covered as well. And I use a wizard that can teleport very easily (And I have Aether Walker equipped). I can only imagine non teleporting builds. How the fuck can you get away? Plus the amount of stupid explosions that kill you even way before they explode. I've died even outside of the explosion radius.

Server stability is so bad this season. I'd say 9 out of 10 games I join is so unplayable. The lag is horrendous. Even if I'm the host. I'd say I've been playing Solo this season more so than season 10 which is fucking annoying as its harder to level up now.

Very inconsistent GRs. I know there's variance. But when you can run a GR flawlessly and then run the same one and can't even get halfway and just die over 10 times in a row. This is absurd! And no I'm not a noob to the class I'm playing. Been playing wizard since vanilla. Been playing lightning Archon for many seasons/patches.

The difference between season 10 and 11 is like night and day.

How about an in-game currency AH? So, if you have extra gear, instead of selling it to the guys in town, put them up for auction? Sell and Buy but with in-game currency.

    Sigh.
lol it was a joke. I mean, I know no one wants it. Having that suggestion would be just as absurd. Kinda pointless to have anyway.

Heres an an updated video for Season 11. Its the exact same setup as IcyVeins speed running build.

Aether walker is is used to teleport when out of Archon form. While in archon, its the 2 piece set bonus of Vyr's that allows you to teleport at will.

The high CDR is so you can get back into Archon form ASAP. Notice in the video I spend less than a few seconds out of Archon. This also helps because of In-Geom proc. You want to kill elites and mob bosses as much as you can, that's why Nemesis Bracers are a big plus as they will spawn one when you activate it. There's one instance where I didn't kill one and you can see I'm out of Archon for a lot longer.

    My Lightning Non-Hydra Build

However, I used a Pig Stickler instead of In-Geom and used Blizzard instead of Frost Nova. But pretty much identical is use and form.

posted a message on Manald Heal confusion

You are mixing TWO VASTLY different builds.

    FORGET THE COE!!

Manald Heal procs with Paralysis. To get that damage more frequently you need high Attack Speed.

Arcane Torrent - is a mana spender. That speeds up the Obsidian ring.

Have Lightning attack % on your bracers. Make sure that is your highest elemental damage, as that's the element that will be used when you are in Archon form.

Your 3 RINGS - Obsidian Ring of the Zodiac, Ring of Royal Grandeur, and Manald Heal. THOSE ARE A MUST.... Equip 2 and Cube the Other. For Manald Heal to work you need to have Paralysis as a passive ability.

Yes, Plan B - that's what you want. Not the one from D3planner as that is the COE build. You are no way near to doing that yet.

Just note that IcyVeins build is for speedrunning. There's a few things you can change to make it for pushing higher GRs. But don't worry about that yet.

You want to try to get Attack% and CDR on as much of the gear as you can. And lightning % on your bracers.

All your lightning damage while in archon form comes from your bracers. All your lightning damage while out of archon form comes from Arcane Torrent. But when you are out of Archon all you are trying to do is go back into archon. Arcane Torrent is mainly used for the elemental damage and as a mana spender to speed up the Obsidian ring for CDR.

Also note, the first time you start the rift - you'll be using Arcane Torrent's attack as a way to build up the Gogok stacks. You don't necessarily need to get it to 15 before you pop Archon, but it is good to get a few as that adds to your attack speed.

It won't be until your 2nd or 3rd time you go into Archon when you get the full effect. Keep checking and notice when your attack speed goes to 5. Pretty much when Gogok stack is at 15 and your Archon stacks are doubled up (with the help of The Swami).

Could be worse - you could be in a GR and that one person decides not to level up his gems and then you can't close the rift and just sit there waiting for ever for them...

So if you are using Obsidian - the whole entire setup is different than what I explained above....

Rotation of elements doesn't matter - just keep hitting with Arcane Torrent to speed up the CDR and pop Archon ASAP.
