hmmmm i think it would be neat to see some NPC's wearing some of the special sets from D2 like mavs, tals or ik with minimal art updating, just simple glow

And even though she wont be handling durability it would be neat to see charsi selling weapons or gheed with some way to gamble some gold out of you i like that decard cains still gonna be around somewhat too

ahh the character related is what i and most tended to lean towards, however my fav name wasnt that, so i think im gonna attempt to keep away from that for D3.
my fav name i made was a barb named Stro, and then a pally named Qual-Kaa (miss-spelled the repair guy in A5's name and liked it :P)
and on a side note, do we know if they're keeping the same names for completing difficulties --> slayer, champion etc.

i would wanna make all the characters and learn about all the skills, no matter how hard i would try it'd be impossible for me to figure out good skills not in-game. dunno if id uninstall though, i think id just try n play every character for a few levels
but i really have no idea, i really excited for all the characters, from what has been shown they all have great potential and blizz did an amazing job developing them.
however aside from these picks i think im gonna make all my characters at once and study the skills ingame or test each out a bit before i decide who im gonna make my first run to hell with
i picked sets for the first one because they're not gonna fill up every slot so you'r gonna have a mix anyway. So i think they should be slightly below par with no bonus but when completed/have most items to be = or better then most.
and for second i picked uniques just cuz just the name implies that it should be an item that perhaps only bosses could drop.
Theres something about runes i wouldnt mind if you guys could help clear up for me. If you socket a run into a sword does it effect all of your skills? It makes me think that you get s 6socket item filled with runes and your skills would be insane!
So without hearing your feedback about it yet, what would you think about putting runes in the skill box's themselves so 1 rune effects 1 skill. Its bad if you were looking forward to those insane skills with mass runes, but it would allow you to make each one unique.
i remember seeing lots about runes but i guess i never caught that.
