It happens the exact same thing to me... when you played as the Wizard, did you find any runes? if you did, and you attached them to a skill, could you then de-attach and re-attach them to another skill?

I agree, it's Blizzard's game, not yours.
They aren't doing it to "keep the core of Diablo", they are doing it for the money.
As long as it sells, they won't care about the (so called) hardcore gamers.
Besides, the game is not out yet; and I'm sure that when it is, you'll all buy it (or download it), will play it like mad and will love it, so stop whining and just wait 'till it's out
