LOL the app in this guy's signature is all "it's the best app ever but you can't get it from the store. You have to download my APK and disable all your security checks to install it".
For this build I use 2pc Born, 2pc Captain Crimson, 4pc Pestilence (with RoRG of course).
I'd recommend starting with lower GRs to get your bearings. These builds will get in the middle of the action and try not to die (they're usually the toughest in the group, too). Necro is stronger at crowd control, monk seems a little more durable and provides healing.
I don't think there are any "rear of the pack" builds that are in use today. Support characters (zbarb, monk, nec) are literally in the middle of it and geared/skilled to 1) not die, 2) control the crowd, and 3) heal the party/regen resource/buff damage.
Think about how much of your life and emotional energy you just wasted participating in this argument. Go outside and look up at the sky. Breathe. It's just a video game for gods sake.
while the HUD problem can really be solved if u can protect d3 from such programs.
Sure, let's invent a new operating system that prevents processes from reading memory of other processes, and when we're done, we'll re-write Diablo 3 to run on it

Some of those aren't themes. They're features. We don't get features. This is Diablo 3.

With our luck this "unannounced Diablo project" is probably some in-game cosmetic reward for Overwatch.

Oh, and for the OP - you may want to contact the app developer. If this is the app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.raxdenstudios.diablo3&hl=en_US
You can tweet them here: https://twitter.com/RaxdenStudio

Zmonk is my favorite, get in the middle, pull everything in, and heal the group. Less popular these days, but a good one to start with: https://www.diablofans.com/builds/98560-gr100s-zmonk-3s-and-4s
I'm really loving the support Necro too. The build I use is a little different than this one: https://www.diablofans.com/builds/98519-most-efficient-znec-build-for-rats-105-spd
