yeah, a summon necro will kill you on bosses; no good way to get your summons up during a fight, especially against duriel, diablo, and baal.

Im glad outdoors are static. It kinda was awkward to have Lut Ghulein (spelling?) randomly change its entrance every new game I made, and also, I want to spend as much time as possible crawling around dungeons, so the less outdoors the better ;)

Well, all I can say is that if Diablo 3 doesn't have these redundant/awkward names, it will be a severe disappointment. And Puke Maw better be in there!

Even if I got a beta key, I probably wouldn't use it. Actually temptation would get the best of me (I am very weak minded), but the reason I would TRY not to use is it, is because I want the day I get Diablo 3 to be orgasmic. I don't want any spoilers, or anything to detract from my first experience. I participated in Starcraft 2 beta, and it sort of ruined the release for me. Sure, there was the campaign, but there wasn't that awesome feeling "OMG I'M FINALLY PLAYING THIS GAME!"

KotH would favor Barbarians since they can stay in the hill. Wizards and other fragile classes can't simply stand somewhere and take damage.

Team KotH, that is the answer.

yes; king of the hill would be a lot of fun. Yes; there would have to be teams, but there would be 2 people per team and 3-4 teams all together. that would be dope as hell.

I'm believing that product slate leak. Q4 2011; right in time for the holidays $$

Edit: But, if D3 came out by June/July, I would literally bust a nut.

Sometimes the sense of how much they underestimate their fan base really baffles me, you guys should really listens to the language they used to explain a specific mechanic or almost anything in Blizzcon. I can almost feel sentences like "kill a lot of shit" blurring out of the dev team's mouth.

Most of the time Jay Wilson is willing to give a careful elaboration, but you can tell more obviously from the other team members way to express themself, it's either they have a frustrating language development from nurture, or they're just really fond of using simple terms like Demon Hunter looks awsome, I know some of you think it's not that important, but it reflects on how they are viewing the product they're designing.

Just like why in Starcraft 2, Terran still doesn't have cooldown punishment if they don't use their mules efficently. Don't say anything about stacking mules before expanding, there should be a punishing mechanic in place and you know it, if they want stacking energy be availble for Terran than there should be further logic for it.

barlowenter, your language is very cryptic, with lots of complicated things that make my extremely limited brain hurt.

please make your posts shorter and simpler. half the time, i have no clue what you're talking about.

Can the female barbarian crush a six-pack with her knockers?

If not, I will refuse to buy diablo 3 on principle.

The only thing it needs is one plain and simple word: organization.

Keeping a server open all the time is more trouble than it looks like, I'm sure Scyber realized. Even when I had a spare PC, after a few weeks it really annoyed me. Nevermind the fact that home hosted Minecraft servers... are generally too laggy.

Also, now with all the mods around, I'm not sure I'd even want to play in a servers thats too vanilla. At least, I couldn't live without Mo's creature mod. The game simply just ain't that excitting by itself, I have to say.

maybe the thing to do is plan an event where we all get together and play flood or something. Or, we all get together and build a planned town in like an hour, sort of like that video

After booting up SC2 (with my new PC), I would 100% say that the SC2 chat channels are sub par compared to the ones in Battle.Net 1.0. Sure it has more mobility and easy access, but instead of a full screen, you have a small window that encompasses 1/8 of your screen at the bottom. You can still make channels and whatnot, but this new channel system ain't my thing.

now if you look to the top right of the chat channel box, you'll see a little arrow. click that to take it off the bar, and pull the bottom right tab to increase size.

Only increases horizontal height, not vertical. What I desired was it to encompass the whole screen like was done in B.Net 2.0

bother reading my post and you might realize that you indeed can increase the size to the whole page. just for you, ill type it again :)
