AnathemicOne posted a message on D3 Wizard PonySo being addicted to the new show MLP FiM I've been drawing ponies (don't judge me). Doesn't mean I forgot about Diablo 3 however, so what's the best way to manage the two interests? Merge them together of course. I present to you the Diablo 3 Wizard in Pony form!Posted in: Fan Art
Yes, it's not that great, but I would like any critiques on how to improve (preferably pony wise)

Shame that punk-ass loser didn't die. People like that need to stay the fuck off public roads.
He's clearly a professional driver, and the cops that are chasing him are more risky than the driver of the stolen vehicle. Watch as the dumb ass cops attempt to PIT maneuver the vehicle into oncoming traffic. Good thing that guy can drive or he would have died, along with innocent people... and for what? A stolen vehicle? lol
P.S. I'm not saying stealing vehicles is a good thing, but it's not worth killing innocent people over it.
Lol.
He wasn't driving to save innocent people but his own ass. Seeing how he is such a persistent dumbass, I am pretty sure he would have happily ran over one of your relatives to get his ticket to freedom and some stolen goods.
There's absolutely nothing to appreciate in there and that would be one rare occasion where I would be cheering for police brutality.
I read some comments on the video. They were hilarious. Looked like all the people amazed at that are playing grand theft auto or NFS.
As a diablo player, I would like to see this driver's body ripped in half and his blood used to draw a pentagram in a room lit with candles.
Happy ending. -

I used the Skeleton King art piece from the d3 blizzcon 2010 press kit. this epic painting I had to use. Cutting him out was tricky but turned out well. I had hoped to find a way to make it look like he was standing inside the circle and partially outside.
This came out exactly like i had hoped, and I finally recolored the nameplate. Shocking i know! I hope you all like.

Really?Quote from kanzaki_urumi
How old are those of you who don't mind or are for a Diablo 3 on console ? (15 yo and not familiar with PC history?)
Diablo is a PC franchise and should remain one. Consoles don't deserve such a game. Console gamers don't deserve the Diablo franchise ! A Diablo porting would be a huge backstab!
Calling us young because of that?
Console games don't deserve the Diablo franchise?
Now really, who's the child? You're clearly acting like a little brat that doesn't want others that don't share his ways to have anything he has.
Let this be clear, I'm a complete supporter of PC and I'm sick and tired of the role Console take on the gaming world. But you're just one of thos biased idiot that defends his side by making the entire situation worse.
If all you can do is look down at console gamers as inferior and say they don't deserve this, then you are exactly why this pathetic PC vs Console war is going nowhere.
And screw your pride. There's no pride left when you act like you do for the sake of PC. Its humiliating to know that this is how a PC gamer react to such a simple thing. You think PC has a better image than console? Certainly not, and exactly because of things like this. -

Jackzor posted a message on The Fat DemonI knew I had read something about what he was called, and I finally found it again. The big skeleton there is called The Keeper, and hes the last boss of the demo. Source: http://diablo.incgamers.com/blog/comments/exclusive-blizzcon-interview-lead-technical-artist-julian-love/ just do a search for The Keeper, and he describes it as "the skeletal final boss." Also, thats just a good article on D3 if you haven't read it. And the red dungeon is called Leoric's Hall of Agony, or something like that, and its where he tortured people as he became more and more insane, so it looks like this demo is set around the same part of the game as the 2008 blizzcon demo.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion -

johnnysd posted a message on Some thoughts after playing demo at BlizzconHad one 20 minute session with Diablo III this morning and here are some thoughts:Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
1. Blizzcon was HUGELY more crowded than last year. So much so that I did not want to wait in the ridiculously huge line to play again which shocked even me
2. The "feel" of the game is perfect. It feels much like a really upgraded Diablo II which is all I think we want
3. Graphics and UI are top notch...they are super polished and clean. Tons of effects. Graphic color bloom seems to have been turned down a notch. I think some will be really excited about this
4. It is very very fun and addictive
5. It seems "done". They are definitely in a beta stage of the game not alpha. The games seems to be itemized, which they always said was one of the last things to be done before it shipped
6. Diablo III seems slightly faster paced from an action standpoint and there are more monsters
7. The monster type limit that Diablo II had is gone. There were at least 8 different monster archetypes in the starting Dungeon you could play
8. In the first dungeon there were champion groups, uncommon "blue" groups of monsters, yellow "rare" named random bosses, purple unique monsters and bosses
9. Loot drops seem to have been tweaked to help with balance. Drop rates from trash mobs seemed lower-they dropped loot but not often. The yellow and purple boss types dropped a lot of loot
10. I am not sold still on the health ord thing
