Just wanted to make this reference for people showing how Skull Grasp and WW% damage on Boots and Helm affect Whirlwind and the 6pc Wrath of the Waste set. I know this is already common knowledge to an extent but I still see a lot of people in streams fight about how this works.
So I decided to make this video proving that Skull grasp only adds to the WW skill itself, but WW% damage on boots and helm multiply all WW skills including the Dust Devils from the 6pc set. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0q8UUAymSKo
I didn't already see a video showing this and I had the gear on hand so I thought why not.

I had the exact same thing happen to me on a T6 rift about a week ago on a different Act 5 map. Had to just leave as well.
