There's a respec mod that has different potions, but you have to do them one by one. i.e. -1 from this stat/+1 to that stat. I'd like to see a real one but at least this is a start.
If we're going by the modern day image of pirates, then no, they weren't. But not all pirates were the gun wielding mad men displaying in current media; most were ex-sailors and mercenaries.
I'm not showing my support of a pirate class, but nonetheless, pirates were in the Diablo universe.
They had sailors, pirates, and buccaneers in the Black Road. They weren't gun wielding pirates but they did exist in Diablo. Westmarch is a city reminiscent of sailing Europe.
That being said I don't think they are heroes to be placed as a class in the game; they're about as viable as an Innkeeper class.
I didn't read ALL the posts in this thread, so forgive me first off. I'm pretty into the game right now, I think it'll tide me over until D3. I just said to a friend though, "I'm starting to think that TL is a scheme by the D3 staff to show just how quote unquote cartoony life could get. D3 looks SO much more realistic now."
I didn't mind the T shirt so much, I'd still buy if they have the original looking one, but if they don't, then I can say I have one of the banned ones. xD
I don't think it's true of course, like everyone, but I just think it's fun that Diablo is big enough to have this massive conspiracy about it. Says something about Diablo I suppose.
Ashes of the Wake is pretty sweet, but my favorite of their bunch is New American Gospel, and their new album Wrath goes back to the basics - raw and whatnot. But if you're looking for a heavy album all the same, listen to Pantera's Far Beyond Driven; the heaviness in that album can't be touched. A few other pretty up there albums are Opeth's Blackwater Park, Meshuggah's Catch 33 and obZen, and a Life Once Lost's always kept my interest with Hunter. Cheers! Good listenin'.
This is awesome. Revamping those systems was a great idea. Although the seven skills sound a bit Guild Wars-y, but that's okay, because Guild Wars skill system was great. And the traits reminds me of DnD or Fallout a bit, which is okay, because traits and perks work great! Customization is going to be epic. And people complained about auto-stats being a lack of customization.
Clearly there should be arms bursting out of the ground in grave yards. What about having crazy burned looking freaks bursting out of the bubbling tar pits? Also, if the monster in the first gameplay trailor can bite off your head as it kills you, i think there should be a death mechanic to the freaky tar pit monsters killing you too.
I'd love to see that. A minor bubble ups into an explosion and some baddies crawl out. That'd be awesome.
