What if they kept the healer NPC concept, but moved them closer to the entrance of the town/near the waypoint area? This would rid us of the annoyance of having to run across town to heal, and I would argue that it makes sense as far as realism. If I were a healer by vocation, in a land where warriors are constantly streaming into cities after battling demons, I would stay near the entrances to maximize my usefulness and availabilty.
Yes! I sure hope so! The parts for my new desktop are coming in the mail today through Friday (some are "Out for Delivery" as I type this!), so I am looking forward to playing some Diablo 2 on it once Finals are over.
Did anyone think of the idea that it is just redone concept art of the butcher from D1. My brother is a game artist and he often redraws old char just for fun. I feel it was just a cool drawing someone did of the OG butcher. I think too many of us try to find things in stuff that just isn't there. "hey look a person, I bet that's the new class." nope just another drawing. Games have over 1000 pieces of art when they are designing a game. There cool but it usually doesn't mean anything.
This may be true. However, if there have been instances where we have speculated about certain pieces of art and something was announced that could be associated with that art, maybe it is worth our time to discuss possibilities?
Oh, usually they weren't - you're right. I am just saying it would have been inconvenient those times when we happened to have more than four that wanted to be in the game at the same time, either to communicate in-game or to take on a hard monster.
But perhaps in Diablo 3, if they are making the limit 4 players, you may not need more than four to take on those hard monsters?
Maybe its some sort of a ''Blademaster'' that will be the next announced class :thumbsup:
