If we can do PVP duel in D3, imagine a female barbarian fighting a male one and kicking his ass. That would pull out all the fun from the game. I can imagine a female sorcerer more skilled than a male one but a barbarian?? Like everyone would say: you got your ass kicked by a girl ''player name''. Weird shit

Girl...They just cant beat guys.Playing a female barb may be fun but are they really credible?. I dont buy all this unisex shit.

Obviously you've never seen a henpecked husband.

What if they had magically imbued fists of fury
    -dragon claw adds fire

    Similar to the assassin concept.

Monks could be great, I'd rather they used weapons than used thier fists though.

I'm not saying that weapons don't have a place for monks. They do have a set of unique weapons unto their own.
But I think that being able to do damage with their hands should be part of the character.

I just get a bit annoyed about people who want realism in a fantasy game. What's up with that?

I guess they believe paying taxes and buying milk at the local convenience store is all part of game play. ^_^

I think he would hurt his hand striking agaisnt let's say an Unburied.

First, let's get away from D3 having to be based in reality. The game concept itself is not based in reality. If you're really insistent on playing a game based on reality, go play Age of Empires or Sim-life.

Secondly, people who have practiced martial arts for years tend to have hands that have been toughened up from hitting wood, bricks, and steel plates. So, what would break an average person's hands would not even put a scratch on somebody with a black belt.

That is absolutely a factual statement. History has proven this many times over. There is a reason i do not invest into the stock market and have become more conservative in saving money. I think i will always be a democrat though. I hold to many values from that party becuase by default i am a caring person.

In your opinion Vegas, what kind of disaster situation do you think we are in? Not that i think we are all gonna die or live in trash cans or anything hahahaha XD

I find, and I say this with respect, that one of the great misconceptions about being conservative is that supposedly you don't care about your fellow man.

Helping your fellow man, by teaching him to help himself, is a far more caring act than giving him help with no expectations of responsibility of himself.

I loled, We only care about Diablo 3 right now, not the expansions.

    I know that.

I just saw a way to use his words against himself for great comedic effect and I couldn't help myself. :)

Who said anything about the expansion?
    '

    You did.

You said you can wait for Blizzard to release the last character and the last character actually gets released during the expansion cd.

Exactly, too simple. I just don't see a kung-fu master whooping demonic ass fits into the Diablo world

I think he fits in just fine.

If he inherently doesn't fit, none of them really do.

i kind of hope they won't reveal the last class until that disc is spinning inside my computer.

You're very patient that you're unwilling to know the last character until the expansion disc is in your computer.

    I'm not that patient.

To be honest, I just don't see how a monk fit's in Sanctuary

He'd fit in by having come from a long ways away because he heard about an unstoppable danger and he knew (or was told) that only he could stop Diablo.

    Kinda simple, I think.

I just love the idea of the class. Hand to hand, staves, holy, just seems fun to me. Opinions may vary of course.

I've just always liked hand to hand characters. Pounding a demon in the face with your bare fists until it dies just seems more brutal than a sword to me I guess.

Well, to quote the Flintstones, " A Judo, chop, chop, chop."
