You can maintain full uptime of WoTB, CotA, and ignore pain, using 6 piece WotW set with OROTZ and COV rings, and BK weapons Could swap out COV for unity for solo, although I would not recommend it. Really need to figure what gear pieces you want cdr on and what gear pieces you will have ias on to hit the 3.001 dd breakpoint, and enough cdr to maintain your big 3 buffs.

My barb is a decently geared ORTOZ barb, here it is so you have a decent idea for gearing
I use COta ancients fury for fury gen only for Rift guardian, I found that in group play for speed 50's the wd's bbv make me drain fury really fast, the COTA keeps it at 100%. You could switch it out for together as one for the 50% dmg reduction, I do for 57+. Also if using COTa you can switch out weapons master paasive for something else you prefer, most common is ruthless.

pretty sure that OROTZ barb is top build for season 3. On season 4 in the ptr a ORTOZ BK barb and WOTW/IK barb are pretty much even due to cube. Last I checked the ORTOZ barb was GR 71 cleared and IK/WASTES in 2nd with 69. But for season 3 stick to ORTOZ IMO.

You don't necessarily need a strength unity. A unity with crit chance, crit damage, and socket is better.
So any unity you have that has a existing crit chance rollain stat to crit dmg. Or if it has crit dmg already roll main stat to crit chance.
