lol let it go already. She's good looking and has a nice body. Women never use those attributes to advance, especially in a costume contest...
back on topic, most of the diablo costumes were kind of lackluster in my opinion, yes including tyrael. The best one was the last female demon hunter, but even her costume just seems underwhelming compared to the diablo art.

Jun 9, 2011vl posted a message on Diablo III's Collector's EditionDefinitely the art book. Love the diablo art and the rough ideas before being polished into what you see in the game. Also the making of dvd could be pretty cool depending on what they show in itPosted in: News

Jun 3, 2011vl posted a message on Twentieth Batch of Screenshots and ArtIt's a nice piece, but still lacking imo for 1 million likes. And to be honest, I think this was just thrown out to hopefully shut people up. The wallpapers they originally released were the 1 million prize, but too many people complained. So they threw out this image, hoping it would satisfy. They even state it's not a concept, it has nothing to do with the game, other than being a nice piece of fan art.Posted in: News

A metaphor perhaps....
So this girl says she wants to have sex with you, but you have to wait, and god will you, because she is what you have always wanted.
Years pass, and she is still stringing you along, but you know when you finally get it, it will be worth it.
In the time thats passed, she constantly is teasing you, a dirty text message here and there, and once you start losing hope, I naughty picture comes your way! OK WERE BACK IN BUSINESS!
But still, nothing, just the teasing, and occasional visual to keep you leashed.
It's been 10 years now, and the teasing has become more consistent, more often, and promises of the day soon.....
BUT WHEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?????????????????????
During times like these, you often hit the bar, swallow your pride, and go for the average because it will hold you over for now. But damnit Blizzard! Lose the Chastity belt and let her free!!!!
Were talking about video games by the way...... - To post a comment, please login or register a new account.

as for the arms, thats on purpose to distinguish it from the barbarian. fast and agile vs big and strong. crazy detailed jewelery would be a waste of information because of the way you view your character in game, you will not see detailed jewelery regardless if its there or not, so why do it. Same goes with the beard. Your looking at the character from the front and about 4 times bigger than it will actually be in game. creating realistic hair that plays into effect movement and dynamics also creates more programming and memory. its not needed with facial hair when your not gonna be close enough to see it.

I'm probably reading too much into it, but the way he describes the amount of time given to work on runes, and them usually kept towards the end, leads me to believe the game is further along than we think. Not saying its complete, and still could be set for 2011, but if they can polish it and eliminate the kinks I wouldn't be surprised to see a 2010 date

+1 on tone down the screen shaking. I like it, but it seems like it will dull down the suspense of a big boss or huge effect. Maybe eliminate it or put it on a scale varying how much it shakes. Very minimal for regular monsters and amp it up during large boss fights.

What do you guys think if they made townportals somewhat like the hearthstones in wow? permanent object takes up 1 slot in inventory, can only be used out of combat with a cooldown on it? maybe 30 min or 1 hour? That would still leave the suspense of battles without the option to run, and allow a player to return to town when they desire it most, without overdoing it and dropping one tp after another.
