Something to note about an earlier post, I have neither a WWI key not a twitter account. So first wave must extend beyond these categories...

Official Blizzard Quote:
Increased the drop rate of high runes.
So I guess the first round of questions are:
While I know it's too early to answer some of these questions yet, being able to play 1.13 SP & being able to create level 99 online characters will help in finding these previously elusive runes....
I'll try and keep this post up to date with the information that we find. Alas I won't be able to do any investigation work this weekenn due to my HORRIBLE exam schedule... 4 exams from from now until Monday...

I'm hopeful that actions won't be based on FRAMES but rather actual durations. I always thought that breakpoints we're counter-intuitive.
I think there are drawbacks to both making the boss immune and leaving him vulnerable. If foes are immune then party members can still drink potions, move to strategic positions or make an an escape. If they're vulnerable then dying can be considered either abusive or tactically saavy...

I do hope you're exclusively referring to hardcore mode only. I don't think I would EVER play in public games if this also applied to softcore. This would not only ruin multiplayer for me but also severly undermine softcore. Also factor in that at some point or another there will be hacks for Diablo 3... I can already envision my fury when I lose my SC character to some griefer. No, I shall not subject myself to that form of nonsense. If I wan't to play a hardcore character, I will play a hardcore character.

I think that the colour system will be generally easier to understand and quicker to read.
I think that multiple pools can be more accurately read and is more colour blind friendly.
That being said I like many of the things that this system does:
It ensures that wizards can always cast spells yet doesn't give them infinite mana. This means that resource management is still something that the character must do.

In terms of the English language I think it's also more appropriate to have the image at the end of the wiki link. When I encounter the link in text I'm told that a wiki-entry is coming up in the text and then I read the link. It's more appropriate to first read the link (which you know is a link by the colour) and what the linked page is going to contain followed by the wiki icon telling you that the page is an entry in our wiki.
I'm not sure if you understand (or agree) with this but thought I'd put it forward.

One morning of my first programming internship I had to send off a few emails and write some documentation. As I continued to type out these documents I grew more and more frustrated as the auto-complete kept inserting spaces (sometimes other symbols like periods and parentheses) into my document! By the time I complained to those who worked in the vicinity I had grown VERY frustrated.
It wasn't until about an hour later that I remembered that neither Word nor Outlook had an auto-complete feature.

I can almost guarantee you that I will not be bored with Diablo 3 or my wizard when I finish playing through normal difficulty regardless of how much content there is.
Ultimately I won't complain about having extra content, however I'm thankful that there are still goals for me to achieve after having beaten normal difficulty.

Official Blizzard Quote:
We want to make that a choice for the player. "Do I want to make myself more vulnerable in exchange for being more blasty."
I think that item number 5 was perhaps poorly worded on my part. This was suppose to implement the "choice" part of the above quote. This could have been implemented as a perk when you have an abundance of resource or a penalty when your resource is low.
