Quote fromHave you all seen the post "Y'all best be trollin'"?? That guy completely destroys the patch, and Bashiok does agree with him. Its in the latest blue-tracker, i suggest y'all have a gander
Bashiok responds with "I hear ya". That's just his way of saying he acknowledges the opinion, not that he's in agreeance. I believe you misinterpreted it.
The patch definitely doesn't meet my expectations. I didn't even have that high of expectations. I was hoping for more balancing of the characters. Though, Respec'ing adds quite a bit of game play variety. Now you can splurge your points into low level skills instead of strategizing your skill tree for the later levels. The first 30 levels should be more interesting.
Still not enough changes to get me playing again.

Character development is my only criticism of the movie. There?s not a lot of transition from, ?Jake Sully, just doing his job?, to, ?Jake Sully, empathetic towards the Na?vi?. His personal conflict didn?t really portray on screen very well.
The criticism I don?t understand is the predictability of the plot. Any plot is fine if it?s executed well. How many times must Mario save the queen from Bowser before we get tired of the games? Never!

She provides an alternate perspective on the world worth reading IMO.

Lots of neat additions such as: blogging, twitter tracker, the blizz trackers, personal profile walls, etc. Many improvements that make the site worth coming to again. Especially, the absence of Umaro and Zoltrix.
It seems the "off-topic" part of the forum is not as lively as it use to be. I miss when there was a separate spam forum.
P.S. Thanks Sixen for investing the time to combine my past accounts into this one. I now have hate mail from 2 years ago lol.

Have you tried to boot into safe mode? Normally if you press F8 while the machine is POSTing, you'll have the option. If you can load windows in safe mode, is this a program you can uninstall. Does bootskin sound familiar?
Jazz-- I think you're referring to a System Recovery.

I'll put it like this, in more simpleton terms. L2P, in order, which franchise has the least amount of sales. Then you say: "Why SpanishBard that would be Starcraft". Well then it would be reasonable for someone to say, "Because Starcraft hasn't hit the global market as well as the other franchises, it is the least popular". Make sense? This is an opinion based off of a statistical analysis. That's all it is. It isn't a diss. When he said he was dissing starcraft, he misinterpreted himself. He wasn't dissing starcraft, he was presenting the facts about starcraft in a negative light. He himself, was not dissing starcraft. This is where you're getting confused. So the conclusion is: he was not dissing starcraft, simply discussing retail sales and popularity.
Starcraft is quite popular in Korea; however, globally it only has about 9.5 million sales. The Diablo franchise has about 20 million. Now, Diablo has 2 games and an expansion, so that sequel helped push those numbers. So one could also argue that because Blizzard hasn't invested as much time into Starcraft and sequels, those retail sales may not represent popularity.
He isn't contradicting himself. Only misrepresenting himself. If I say, "Starcraft hasn't sold as well as the other games, but I still love starcraft". How is that quote at all a contradiction?

Well that's slightly taking what I said out of context. Don't get me wrong. I personally think Diablo 2 has hit its wall. I don't think it's the game where you can really contribute much to. I was simply elaborating on his post a bit more, since he was not referencing runs, but many factors that a Diablo guild has. You're just logically concluding that 'runs' make up the chemistry of the game, so therefore it's difficult to contribute. There are several ways to contribute. For one -- playing together period. Questing together. Mfing together. Doing hardcore together. Just doing things as a guild, in unison. Guilds can offer more than just runs.
By the way, Murderface's recommendation is one of the better ones. I could see the Eastern Sun mod really revitalizing the game.
Lol, Link I like how you say take it with a grain of salt after every post.
