On the topic of SC Beta, there's something I can't quite remember.
I bought the internet livestream of Blizzcon 2009, does that give me a chance of getting in beta or not? Or was it only if you were actually there and got a physical key.

Don't worry man you're not alone. I sat there for like two minutes looking at it trying to figure out what made it unique from other keyboards. Then I read the keys... lol. -

Feb 11, 2010Seniri posted a message on Starcraft II Beta This Month!Posted in: NewsQuote from "Jamoose" »I guess... I mean if its randomly chhosen between all the people who have a b.net account with atleast one game... It would be shit if a dude who has 1 game will get an invite and you, who got 5, wont....
He has as much of a right to beta SC2 if he wants to as you do. That "one game" might be WoW, and if it is then he just blew your 5 games outta the water.
Quote from "kairu" »and to seniri, I mean't no harm. but the size of Facebook combined with twitter is something to watch for. I do think they will solely slip updates by on these faster on their websites because of the ease. People Might want to pay lot more attention to them because somehow I was on facebook and saw that the second they posted and I almost shat my pants.
No worries, I was just saying this is here so we can discuss it, and I prefer that to some Facebook group where all my friends can see I'm online and never leave me alone. I rarely log on anymore, I hate talking to people. -

And everybody here has a Facebook and Twitter account, right? And we can discuss this over Facebook and Twitter as a DiabloFans community right? -

Feb 9, 2010Seniri posted a message on Female Monk UpdatePosted in: NewsQuote from "Grimson" »Shit, man. I swear sometimes western developers tend to really try to be the anti-thesis of japanese games many times.
Final Fantasy has their girly looking male characters but may a lightning bolt strike my head if I was the only one who thought that character art (not in game model) looks like a very masculine guy. It wasn't until I read "female monk" that I could see a lame excuse for breasts in the drawing, Seriously, what is with Blizzard's obsession for huge shoulder pads? Someone tell them to stop putting huge shoulder pads on everything. It's gaudy.
Was that you on Kotaku or are you just copying that post? That was me who asked if you're mentally challenged, and the question still holds. I love how breast-obsessed you are - just because they're not the size of watermelons she looks like a dude to you. That's sick. Move to Australia and leave us normal people alone, creep.
Edit: Link is to news article on Australia banning small breasts. -

I'm not sold on her looking anything like a monk especially the blonde hair.. wtf!? meh doesn't matter I have no interest in playing the monk class anyway... just barb and wizard for me, possibly a rogue if that's what the fifth class will be.
..are you sure that's the word you want to use there? -

I still dislike, but the concept pic on the page looks a little better than the first ones we saw. -

I didn't find what you said offensive. Rude, yes, and mirroring what media says, yes, and wrong, yes, but not offensive, too many people talk like that for me to blow up at one more. Not everybody subconsciously picks out imperfections, believe it or not there are some people who accept others exactly as they are. As for "get used to it" hell no, I will not accept that into my life, that is one thing that if I had the power to change I would.

Oh man I love that show, it's so racist lol, I have no idea how it got on TV in the first place.
All the bad episodes are no longer played but you can find them on youtube and such.

Okay, wow, you totally didn't understand. I wasn't attacking you, I was attacking the "Well she'd be hot if [insert pointless (apparent) flaw here]" Everybody has there own ideas of what's good looking and what isn't obviously. You say you're from the US and like your girls skinny, eh? I'm from Canada, and I like my girls skinny too. I'm dating a skinny, smokin' hot ginger, we've been together nearly three years - if she gained a few pounds do you think I'd turn around and say "Hey babe go for a run you're too fat"? No.
I realize you didn't make fun of her, that's what you don't understand. What I hate is the whole mindset that the media imposes - you're too fat, here's some diet pills. You're too ugly, here's some makeup and plastic surgery. You're too plain, here's some expensive revealing clothes. It doesn't stop there, because other people (generally men since that's the average person who's interested in women? ;p) pick it up and hold these lofty expectations about what a beautiful woman should look like. Even a comment as innocent as yours is enough when heard from enough people to cause someone to start throwing up after each meal for fear that they're ugly.
You don't know anybody who doesn't judge others based on appearance? Wow I'm glad I don't know your friends. I know a few people, one of them is like 200+ pounds of fat, and he's the most judgmental person I've ever met. Won't shut up about how this girl is too fat, or too ugly, or this and that. Know what? He's 25 now, never dated a girl, still a virgin. He'll date nobody less than Megan Fox because everybody else is imperfect to him. Guess he's going to die alone.
Meeting someone and immediately picking out their flaws isn't healthy, you do realize this right?
Actually no, I meant the medias definition of a flaw.
You act as if women don't judge people to? You're looking a little too far into my comment, friend.[/QUOTE]
Women judge, but their judging doesn't cause anorexia, bulimia, drastic need for breast implants and cosmetic surgery. No, I'm not looking to far into your comment, if people would open their eyes they'd understand.
I'm not saying this to be a dick, it's just my opinion.
Edit: Grammar, and to add that I had a friend once, who was a model. All through highschool she'd have to leave for weeks at a time to go to a.. healing camp of some sort? Because she was anorexic. She apparently got better, because she stopped going. But two years after we graduated she died, pretty much because she was throwing up after each meal to stay skinny. That is a fucking painful way to go, and the reason she was doing it? To stay skinny (beautiful), and so her boss (manager?) doesn't fire her for being too fat (ugly). This girl was so skinny I could wrap my hands around her waste and have my thumbs touch in the front and fingers touch in the back.
Now that I'm done bringing up painful memories to get my point across I'm going to go play Bioshock 2 and lose myself in caving peoples faces in with my big daddy drill.
Also back on topic, that one with the glasses and curly hair is a real looker. Love them sandals.

But you realize I say this because comments like that are part of the problem. Don't judge a woman unless you want her to judge you too. I personally have zero tolerance for serious sexism (I may joke around with my girlfriend but she knows I'm kidding.) Every bit of advertising everywhere SCREAMS at women to be skinnier, be prettier, have better hair, wear more makeup, wear less clothes, and when people start saying "she could lose a few pounds" I find that disturbing and controlling. It's her body, it has nothing to do with you, she can choose how much she weighs for herself.
People (read: men) need to stop being such control freaks, and learn to respect women for more than their beauty.
emilemil I say "you" in this post a lot, I don't actually mean you, I mean those who judge women before themselves.
If you honestly have to judge a woman look at your own flaws first and ask yourself how it must feel when so many people mention them to you.

I think you could lose a few pounds, tubby. Get off the computer and run some laps.

It's a type of humor. Not everything tickles everybodys funnybone. Some people like cruder humor than others. I personally don't mind Borat and Bruno, in fact both movies had my sides splitting with laughter at a few scenes. Sure, the movies are crude, maybe not filmed well, but to some people it's funny and enjoyable and they did after all make money.
What about movies like Escape from New York. That movie is TERRIBLE. Every time I watch it I need to eat some tums because it makes me physically ill - however it's one of my favorite movies. Then there are movies like Monty Python's Search for the Holy Grail. That movie is garbage. Unless you like that kind of humor. I love it - a lot of my friends hate it and make fun of me for liking a movie that "crappy." Everybody has their own tastes.

Honestly, I don't think it matters how much the Lich King throws at her she'll just faceroll them. That's like asking who would win, Peter Pan or Leonidas.
