MidnightTempest posted a message on Real Female Monk Revealed!?Posted in: Monk: The Inner SanctuaryQuote from "Seniri" »I 100% agree that having a shaved head doesn't obscure a woman's femininity. I will, however, point out to you that most of the internet doesn't agree with people like us. To give you an example, Mass Effect 2. The character named Jack, tattooed up buzz cut sporting girl, very awesome character, cool story, powerful teammate. 90% of the forum readers who decided to comment despise her because she "looks like a man" and "she dresses like a lesbian." They can't see past the short hair and tattoos to the beauty hiding beneath.
I personally think it has more to do with her attitude. It makes her very unapproachable and unlikable.
Quote from "Seniri" »Buddhism has been around for like 2500 years, that's only two thousands.
That makes it one of the most ancient religions in history of man, along with Hinduism and Judaism. In contrast Christianity is only a little less than 2000 years old.
Quote from "Seniri" »Female monks (nuns) as far as I recall do (did?) not share the same status or privileges as the males. I think it was 2002 when the first female "monk" was ordained... 2002. That would be the tail end of times changing I think since I'm fairly sure they weren't allowed the title of monk 2500 years ago.
You partially correct.
Female Buddhist nun do not share the same status as male monks, but only in Indochina, which means Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, etc, as well as Tibet.
It was 20002 when the first female monk IN THAILAND was ordained.
Nuns in China and India had been ordained ever since Buddha allowed women to be nuns, which is about 2500 years ago. -

luc1027 posted a message on Armor displayI just bring some info because I know how 3D work !! I thought it's a good info for you but now I think you don't care...Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
I never be against you, I always thought the same !! But if you don't care how 3D work and want still thinking that maybe Blizzard will merge many armor into a single looks, as you wish. I just said it's a stupid thing with 3D engine, you have the possibility to do it easier in a best way...

Monoctaos posted a message on Low Level Tips?So I am working my way up with a necromancer, but I am saving all of my skill points for the time being as I intend to focus on bone spells. The problem I am having at the moment is that my archer and I seem to get routed more often than not by the named mobs.Posted in: Diablo II
Is this something that I just have to deal with for the time being, or is there some combination of armor / tactics that I am overlooking that will make life a little easier until I get my first offensive spells? (I'm not putting more than 1 point into teeth because I sort of hate that particular spell.)

I peeled the skin off the drumsticks.
I cut the meat off the bone.
I cut the fat away from the meat and stripped off most of that shiny layer of skin-stuff.
I prepared and cooked it in the oven with oil and spices.
I got food poisoning from cross contamination.

I like the pic though, pretty neat. Where's it from?
I had a really nice Dark Tower one before but I can't find it anymore. This is my current desktop:

Not entirely. Rape is not about sex, it is about power and control. Rapists need to hurt, feel power, in order to get off. This is why most rapists are guys, and they rape women - smaller women. A gay man raping another gay man probably isn't unheard of, but the rapist would have to be built and the victim would have to be ridiculously smaller. How often have you heard something about a man raping a man? Excluding jail.
Being a Christian is immoral IMO. Of every religion I've seen only two misinterpret the Bible and use its words as law: Christianity and Islam. A true Christian doesn't judge others, doesn't get in fights on the internet. A true Christian is accepting of everything and everybody, regardless of skin color, sexual orientation, religious views. I don't think you dislike homosexuality because it says it's wrong in the Bible - I think you're homophobic and use that as an excuse to hate them.
Did you know most pedophiles are straight, white men? Most of them are upstanding *religion name here.* Sure a homosexual man could be a pedophile, but he's part of a small percentage. What you should be more worried about is leaving your daughter at Sunday School with the pastor.
To me, God exists - but not in the form of any man made religion. God is everywhere, is the planet we live on, the life on the planet. We are god. She didn't write some book for us to kill people over, or tell us having a certain kind of sex is wrong.
Can you prove me wrong, or can you prove yourself right? We're both wrong and we're both right.
The words in the Bible are the words of man. Sure, God may have inspired them, but in my opinion it was a publicity stunt to get more money out the population as well as mind control them for generations. Question: Do you believe in Aliens? What will happen to the worlds religions when Aliens make first contact? Think Earth Religions will survive the jump to light speed, survive whatever our new friends religions are?
I can't tell from here down who said what. But my conclusion is that you're a confused, brainwashed 18 year old who has little to no world experience. Come back when you've lived on your own for a while and can form your own opinions without having to borrow other peoples (or the Bibles.)
My girlfriend wanted me to say to you, "Why don't zealots care when they hurt people?"
Edit:
Wow. Where do you get your facts from. You do realize not every single homosexual is a non-religious heathen who bashes on Christianity right? There are lots of gay Christians. Imagine how many in your flock are in the closet.
