My buddies Bday is coming up and hes been interested in D3 so i thought id buy him a copy. Anyone know where i can find the cheapest copys online or off? I know toys r us was selling for cheap but im not sure if thats still going on. Can anyone enlighten me?
uh okay. Not all of us are the stereo type nerd behind the computer 12 hours a day with no friends and acne. A majority of us do have good to decent jobs, wive/GFs who are good looking, and take care of ourselves to an extent... I for one am joining the air force soon and going to get my bachelors degree there, and I still plan to be an avid gamer while keeping up a romantic relationship with my soon to be wife. The people you are referring to are the 10%* of gamers in the world that have no life. And more power to em imo... whatever makes you happy i belive.
I see. Well that kind of sucks, I would love a way to keep track of some of that stuff, even if I knew it was not going to be the main aspect of the game and not to expect pvp balance (which I think would not matter if you just want to have fun). Me and a few buddies did WoW arenas in BC for fun and that went well, even without pvp gear (lawl pom pyro mage ) Perhaps once pvp does come out and if it makes enough of an impression on the community they might consider adding a few more features like this.
With the arena system anticipated soon after initial launch, blizzard plans on having it be a fun place to test your skills against other players. Sounds great to me, but for those who plan to take it more seriously and keep a track record of their kills, I was wondering if anyone knows if Blizzard plans on keeping statistics on arena matches. Anything like Kills/Deaths, number of matches, and really anything along that line that would be relevant to showing off your arena skill would be nice to have.
About 19 minutes into the Making Of dvd for cinematics they reveal that diablo is a female. I honestly cannot believe they would do that.... It kind of ruins the whole image of the lord of terror just thinking about it being all feminine. Ugh.
Im sure when they say smart they mean more fluid and natural acting. Nothings worse than seeing a demon exhibit mechanical behaviors, or even worse, one that is totally random and does not make sense at all.
They look cool but id rather stick with my turtle beach head phones and my nice logitech G500 that has served me so well. I like the mousepads but wont buy one until i see a wizard stamped on one, which id expect when they release them.
IMO what you receive for $175 is fair and decently priced. Blizzcon is an exclusive event, and everything at blizzcon will end up on the web eventually. Its basically the same cost as a years worth of WoW game time. I personally cannot afford this being a college student and having a (hardly) part time job, but compared to other events/trips a person can take, it is not very expensive.
