That's taking advantage of 2 piece. Increase thorns by 25% by being hit and making it an AoE stacking to 3 or 4 stack
4 piece damage reduce by 50%
Akkhan set 6 piece
2piece reduce price of spenders
4piece reduce CD on champ.
6piece 600% damage and reduce cost.
2piece flail of charge and shield of stamped
100% damage increase and more up time on horse

I think helm, ammy, chest, leg, boot akkhan
And bracer, glove, shoulder invoker.

Go after cdr on everything try to get that akkhan champ off cd asap. I think you will barely have 100% up time.
