you can use Delsere or TR for a 2000% dmg boost to EB. and that 20% seems to be another multiplier. so a 2400% multiplier with this and the set alone. Obviously it's interesting (and to me always was) to mix in arcane orbit, especially with the recent buffs and complementary items. But also this needs to be tested... we always need to Keep in mind that we have only 13 + 3 item Slots and 6 active skills 
the damage reduction however is really needed. so we can mess around with either F/R rings or maybe even convention/unity for more toughness (oviously halo in cube and APD either cube or maybe the new shield bracers, too when fitting in some shield skills / passives). Oh well this is already getting to deep into it. but yes, i think this is great not only for EB/Woh builds in general but also for EB being one of the main damage dealers in some specific setup.

FB Teleport Archon (Solo/Grp 98++) / video
hi guys, I finally managed to record a video for the FB Teleport Archon build I'm using now for quite some time (video is linked in the build)
It might be interesting for people that don't like the manald heal build.
It is (and also was) highly competetive with the other FB solo builds out there. I'm currently in the top10 for solo FB users (EU season)
It's much more consistent than other FB builds for solo gemups.
I use it also for groups, since I dislike being stuck inside Archon. I only change Ice Armor and Halo to Spellsteal and CoE.

except angry roleplayer? haha, I can only talk for myself (I don't like the manald heal standard build) but I don't play anything usual and still am top50 solo in EU. So yeah... there are more than just 1 guy playing something different
The manald heal build I've tried and I think it's maybe even better to play with CoE instead of Obsidian, only problem is that you're then so dependant on Gogok and in 100+ grifts you probably need to use Stricken Gem. I would not recommend going for Halo since this eats into mobs immunities to crowd control.
Regarding the chance to proc paralysis, the Beam is better than the Melee Strike.
1) Paralysis doesn't take proc coefficients into account so just the lightning damage done counts
2) The Beam (ranged attack) in Archon form has a higher attack frequency (more lightning ticks) as most other skills, which is another reason to go range - more manald heal procs (beside the possibility to use Starfire and Zeis for much higher dmg potential)

Same here, I went back to D2 just recently. But regarding the stash space, I feel so hopeless in D2 compared to D3.
Maybe the reason is that I strictly only play 1 class each season in D3. This way the stash space is more than enough. In D2 I dislike muling and without that you have absolutely no chance keeping almost any useful item... same reason why I barely use any charms. To completely fill your precious inventory space to get some useful benefits is really one of the worst "features" in D2 ;D

followers got no set like you have (or lon), no convention, no traveller/compass, focus/restraint, other multipliers from passives, skills or items, leg. gems, .... the list goes on...
your follower does absolutely no dmg, trust me. it's not 1/15 more like 1/100,000
and on top they mostly attack with no skill at all (base attack)

if any dps build (now after the WD nerf) for the wiz has a chance to jump into the 4man meta it's still related to the Swami/Fazula (Archon) Buff and make it work with either FB or Tal/Vyr. It's still a seperate 300%++ multiplier (up to 700-800% on average during double stacks)
Ideas that come to my mind are Mammoth Hydra and still ET (Gen Monk will anyway be in a party for RG kill) since Chantodo won't be strong enough.
Need a skill that can be utilized also during archon so I think it must be Hydra or probably nothing comes close to other classes dps specs.
Then again the Serpent Sparker is just so weak nowadays. Would at least need a Hydra Skill dmg boost not just the extra cast.

I've tried to promote my Twister Archon build for S6 since 1 week into the season. Updated my build here almost every day (and once deleted my original build by mistake, damn that delete button right next to the edit button and browser updating... surpirisingly already got 30k views back then but still much less than the inferior so called "NEW Asian Vyr/Tal Chantodo" Solo Setup).
It took quite a while and some more famous people to copy/promote my build (main credit to Thargor here again for spreading
). Still it took 4-5 weeks longer to be in the 4man meta (and also to be vastly recognized solo, too) only cus the so called famous people (like Quin e.g.) didn't know yet about the build.
If those guys post a build it will get upvotes automatically and be on frontpage.
I say just don't care about fame, just help to promote powerful builds so the community can make use of those

in the current state it feels like you can't be sure of not getting banned randomely.
But yeah would be interesting to see if they ban my starcraft, too if I like playing ranked games. Guess I'm not good enough in starcraft so they wouldn't care. But then again you never know how their detection software works...

The recent ban hit me, too. Para 1800 seasonal and 2000 NS. I put alot of dedication into this game and now I get banned for using absolutely nothing. Yet they claim that I used 3rd party (code 52) software (hack, cheat or bot). I guess it's windows update or something that messes up with their warden detection software (which seem to be a mess overall).
I used a complete clean new computer this season. Nothing but Battle.net, D3 and Windows 7 installed. Not even used a browser for internet research, etc. I got my notebook for that.
It's like the most innocent false positive ban you could imagine. Still I'm banned.
And all that 9 days before season ends and I wanted to push seriously into the top 10 solo leaderboard... perfect timing for killing a deticated players motivation.
Just writing this here so any deticated player knows the ban can hit them anytime. Ridiculous but the simple truth.

probably like only 5 levels lower than the 1dps/3supp meta. People just will never open their mind which I think is very sad. But that's another topic.
For efficient runs you just need people that are willing to compromise their builds for party beneficial skills like ip (pride of cassius), cyclone strike/inner sanc, big bad vodoo, etc.
you dont need to go full retard support and do no dps at all. But it's the most efficient way so everyone will do that and there are actually almost no people even trying something else.
To me this usual behavior of people got strengthened when people left my party cus of "wiz got low dps" when in fact I was at the top of leaderboards (top10) just didn't use the usual meta build and so my profile dps is different by nature. tbh it's very depressing to see so much ignorance around most meta players.

whats your point? that gem problem is an issue for NS only and with the power creep this would be a small problem for 1 era at most.
but yeah, capping paragon is a weird solution since it removes the initial thought why paragon even got introduced back in vanilla. Especially with the uncapped paragon 2.0
People like wudijo impressively demonstrated that paragon is not the main issue why people cant reach high leaderboard rankings. That's harsh to accept but it's also a fact.
