There are a lot of "useless" characters, as in, they don't sell anything or say much. But theres a difference between not doing anything and contributing to the story(dark wanderer) and not contributing anything at all.
Do you mean like nameless people that are just basically background? Or are there actually people who when you put the mouse over them it shows a name, but they don't talk.
So could jamella, so basically, he was just there so that people could make fun of his voice. His items could have easily been transferred to jamella and saved the trouble of making a halbu skin.
The worst of the 2 is halbu, at least Jamella sells potions and gambling, Halbu just says "Hail to you, Champion" and tries to sell you stuff you would never buy because it's act 4, and you already have rare/unique equipment.
I think you mean act 1 is europe, and act 5 is like greenland or something, where there's lots of ice.
And let's try and keep the all of the aboves to situations where you REALLY REALLY can't make up your mind, I put those locations in the polls because I knew they were places people really wanted to see, so I know you want all 5 locations, but this is a picking game. I'm still not even sure how "All of the above" got there in the first place.
People you were supposed to play into it so more people are fooled, now nobody is going to be surprised because of "Dude he was so freaked out when that thing got on the screen! HAHA"

There are plenty of places our heroes have not yet gone to that could be visited in the next installment of diablo, most notably Westmarch, home of the paladins, the rest of Kurast, the amazon islands, scosglen and of course, heaven itself.
Hell and previous locations are, of course, open for discussion, but focus on the 5 areas above. Which would you most like to see in Diablo 3?:confused:

Definately the inn keeper in act 2, I forget his name, but all he does is talk to you, yet nothing he says is useful.
The potion guy in act 2 is probably the most useful. I remember visiting act 2 just to talk to him and listen to his rants and his most famous line "What? Horazons Urinal?"
