    No. Trials were explicitly talked about in GC 2013 (not during the main panel.. they forgot about that somehow... one of the post-panel interviews on Josh had him talk about them).

    Rifts were non-existent back then because they were called Loot Runs.

    No. Nephalem Rifts and Trials are separate things. The blog post you linked has no mention of the word "Trial".

    Nephalem Rifts were never related to Bounties, that's correct. But, they were never random portals. They were previously called Loot Runs.

    Nephalem Trials were supposed to be timed challenge-type events. Horde mode-esque....

    We knew about Bounties from the datamined info and now we know what those are in the concrete. Strangely, now there's no mention of Nephalem Trials, which makes me think that they are either gone or have been re-named/re-done as Bounties. However, I might be entirely wrong about this and we might get info about Neph Trials in the Gameplay Systems Panel.

    Also whatever happened to Devil's Hand? No trace of that... :(

    Yep. CS Monk + CM Wiz is generally what I look for in pubs (when friends are not on). These two with 2x WDs are the boss. :P

    P.S. I was doing solo VOTA run just now when I got booted from game. Right when I was upon the first two Elite packs. Nearly killed them.Thnx Blizz for awesome servers. X(

    I've officially converted into a WD. He was upto P21 a long time ago. And now I'm gonna take that tribal mothafucka to P100. Got pretty nice gear. Sword and rare ring is borrowed from my Wiz. The Mojo I bought last night (It was cheap as usual since I'm too poor to buying GG gear). :P

    I'm melting Elites in MP7. God, Archon needed 350k+ DPS to do MP7 pretty nicely but this WD CoB..... is so OP. :D
