if you cube the items then you just have to click on the cube then click one of the empty slots and assign your cubed item to it. you can freely change anything you want cube or on your toon. if you mean re-rolling the stats on your items this can be done at the mystic.
fastest way is upgrade rares. also re-roll any useless stats that are on your gear that you don't need. You will have to do the bounty's regardless to get the mats to upgrade the rares so you should still find a few items that way. Use your bloods shards 1 cause you don't want to always be maxed out on them and 2. you still have a chance to get your gear however this method i consider to be the slowest way as there are some many rares and legendary's of each armor type that it can take a while to get gear strictly from blood shards.
I use my wheel to move its a lot easier once you are use to it you. no longer have accidental clicks on mobs or pylons. For me makes using my left click for spells a lot easier then having to stop or hold shift down to force stop my moving so i could fire.
It´s true that using force move in general makes playing easier, especially when you don´t have a primary attack on your left mouse key. May i ask how long it took you to get used to doing this with the mouse wheel?
I actually use my "e"-key for force move (don´t need it as dh, but it´s nice when i play one punch monk for example) and space bar for force stop, which makes it safer to stand still while attacking (multishot dh).
after about an hour or so I started to get use to it has been about 3 months now and feels awkward if I don't use my wheel to move

If i had to guess i would say either the 29th or may 6th as they have said they want 2 weeks in between season starts. So if season ends April 15th I don't think it will start the following week. I could be wrong on that though.
I agree with you on the fact that they are more group oriented this go around. Killing the bosses with in 20 mins will also be super easy. as for the 350+ mobs most I have ever killed in the allowed time was around 225 so that one seems like its going to be hard. but should be doable with a group I would think all high dps since its only on TX which just means its all about the speed of the kill for that conquest.

I had this issues as well are you using discord? if so turn off the overlay for the game. Then it should work

dead mans legacy is definitely there for gear.I don't see it for cube. Also I don't see the seething hatred though for either.

it is done through the seasonal journey items. you have to get through the conqueror's level to get the extra tab
