I'm running an Inna's Generator build. I plan to add a socket via Ramalandi's gift.
I think the spirit/sec is useless, but the damage range has a potential 227 additional damage that I could reroll. This is better than the potential 10% damage reroll.
I am torn between the damage range and rerolling the spirit/sec for LOH.
