    It's just a misunderstanding caused by bad translation from google translator to a Chinese diablo fansite and been posted on b.net, the came out is like the site pre-orders and get key instead it was just a raffle system, that everyone got a chance to have one, when beta launches. Now everything were clear and fine, just wait Blizz finally announced beta ;)
