The save seems to only crash when sharpshooter is checked
and my damage calc is off by about 6k as well with around the same values you have.
Can you try and save w/o sharpshooter checked and see if it works?

I also have the same issue with sending the report. send greys out and hangs.

I have been working on building the item stats list. Its a pretty big list including all the differnt class spells.
Also getting the stats to only show in the dropdown box that should be on that slot.
Then we have to do all the calculations on how they affect the damage.
I play a 60 monk tank spec. I also am the one that emailed you about helping if you wanted. I could do some monk testing for you. Also have a wizard and DH at 60.
Im only doing about 11k dps main hand and a little less oh. Im not sure how blizz does off hands .. if it is 50% or not. but the big thing with me is 550 resist all with 45k health that clears act one inferno easy. Right now im stuck at the last boss in act2. Trying to get more life on hit and attack speed gear.
the devs said there are pretty strict xp caps.. if your in a area to low or to high you get near 0. so my guess is the only form of power lvling will be friends helping you blow thru quests fast and maybe gathering large groups of mobs to kill them.. but baal run types sound like there not going to happen in d3
As being a 6+ Years long diablo 2 and diablo 2 LoD player I disagree with the soulbound attitude, although I have strange feelings about not having ladder resets every 6 months or so. I know, early on and for like 8/9 months there won't be problems, but you must think that with more and more time this game is out many players will find more and more items, one time, maybe 1 year+ you will have too many and trading will become difficult. So I really hope they introduce the ladder reset later on, because they said they would think about that.
NONETHELESS I completely disagree with soul bound stuff, but you don't have to attack him or anything as he clearly never played any diablo game.
A while back there was that leaked blizzard release date sheet. If it was right theres 2 diablo 3 expacs. one every 2-3 years. and if inferno is as hard as they say it is. besides the crazy guy that lvls 1-60 in 12 hours and beats it the next day im sure the avg d3 player wont beat it for a while and the avg casual at least a year .. then one year later all your lvl 60 gear is trash cuz the lvl cap will be higher.
at least thats my guess. thats why a lvl 60 cap now + 2 expacs 20 lvls each is your lvl 99/100 char.
I do find it interesting that when people talk about their "system," 9/10 times they don't mention the monitor. In my mind the monitor is the most important piece of hardware. For gaming, speakers/headphones are a close second.
Dell U2412M here. Happy with the purchase, a slight step down from the U2410 in picture quality with a big step down in price. Would have loved to pick up a 27" or 30" but wife wouldn't have approved and I have limited space anyway...
For speakers I picked up the Klipsch Promedia 2.1--can't wait to rock the house (when the wife is away ) with DIII music/sound.
I have a 26 inch samsung myself with 1080 tv also.. I have had people tell me thats to big for gaming. mostly my sc2 friends. They say its proven bigger then 24 inch your play lvl goes down as you cant see the whole screen sitting at a desk.
They never showed me any proof of that but i do know i love playing on my desktop over my 17 inch laptop screen. I just need to hook my moniter up to my laptop lol.. desk top is a amd quadcore 3.4 ghz. Laptop is a sandy gen 2 i7 3.0 and runs circles around my desktop. both have 8 gig of ram and close to the same vid card. laptop is a bit better vid card

the dmg calc is going to require a lot of testing but I am working on that as well. it wont be fixed in .4a though
