Ok what it boiled down to was:
- Read my previous post. It seems like some people glossed over it.
- I'm happy most of you are happy about the change, and I know you're going to love the game.
- Those few of you who don't like it, you'll love the game too because you're wrong.
- Item pools are not limited by Act, or Boss, or anything like that. While you'll have a better chance to get better items in Act IV Inferno, you could get those same items in Act I, or even Hell.
- Our item pool philosophy is that you can break an urn and get the best item in the game - it's all a matter of chance. Running more difficult areas and taking on more difficult enemies will not always be the most efficient way to find upgrades.
- Previously, Inferno difficulty was mlvl 61 across all of Inferno, and now it starts at mlvl 61 and ramps up quickly in Act I and ends somewhere around 65 (?) in Act IV. We've only increased the difficulty.
- I'm aware of internal bets on how many months it will take someone to beat Inferno.
- A flat Inferno of mlvl 61 had a small curb of difficulty, and once that was over you had nowhere else to progress and no reason to. That's boredom.
- Boredom doesn't generally come from content repetition, it comes from lack of ability to progress, or ease of progression.
- By having a sharp increase in difficulty in Inferno we can encourage progression without having a brick wall of difficulty.

I know some people say that if they're going to be starring at something, at least make it something pretty. Well, I rarely if ever stare at my character, I'm usually focused on the action. The only time I look at my character is if I'm inspecting my armor, in which case I think to myself "damn, that looks bad-ass" and then I get on with the game.
Also, in games where ther are relationship options, I prefer having a male character so I can explore the relationship storyline in the game. If I play a female, then I need to woo a male npc and that just freaks me out.

1. The general consensus has been that this is a good step, except for a few deluded individual, that is. The old system was anything but creative, you were forced into decisions that came with a finality of wrong choices made. The new system is 100% item driven and that is far more in line with the Diablo 'item hunt' mentality, plus you have gems to customize your build even more.
2. And another moot point. Have you heard about runes? Yes, basically they are itemized skill points (which may not be refundable if they are locked into a skill). You use runes to build your selection of skills. So what if you have all of the skills available to you, you still need to build them by 'spending' runes, which is a limited resource. Basically the game is using items to build skills, and again, that is far more in line with the Diablo 'item hunt' mentality. Get it?
3. That is called a technical error, and I fail to see how that reflects negatively on the game.
4. Latency, stuttering, error codes... damn, I wish they had some way of testing the game so they can flesh out all of these problems, at least then the release wont suffer the same issues... If only there was a way...
5. Deja Vu!!! Were you in suspended animation over the last few months? The RMAH is good for the game, it will make it very difficult for outside influences to create third party crap. It's actually good for the player. Plus, its run by the players, for the players. I really fail to see the issue people have with it.
6. No single player option, not even an option.................. Yes, there is a single player option. Or are you referring to online only? The only expectation I have with this is for Blizzard to be constantly adding content and patching bugs. Plus, I played Diablo 2 constantly with my friends and I'm intending to do the same in D3. Since this is a co-op game, I think a very small minority will have issues with this.
Good luck fans!!!
Thanks, can't wait not to see you in game.

The art looks the same?
Well, it is one company with artists all over the board.
They dropped stat points?
Some other games don't have stat points either, is Blizzard copying Final Fantasy now as well?
No more diversity?
How is that even WoW related? Because WoW constantly simplifies the talent system? That has nothing to do with D3! You can still pick what skills you want (just like you were forced to do in D2), and now you can diversify the functionality of your skills through runes. Could you do that in D2? No.

Also, for some reason the spell checker doesn't work for me either. Not really an issue, but it was convenient since I have this strange tendency to switch some of the letters in my words around.

Sadly, Skyrim is very limited, only it's deception is limitless.
For instance, few of your choices have real impact on the world, and I don't mean you kill an NPC and he stays dead, I mean impact. For instance, when you become Thane it's promised to you that you are of a higher standing, and people (especially guards) will look at you in awe and give you respect. But they don't they treat you like they did every other day. When you do things, like cause almost an entire town to die, people will just go on with their lives, no repercussions will come of it, except perhaps a guard may stop you, but they can always be bribed, no matter how severe your acts are, and they have no moral compass.
Secondly, Skyrim swims in an ocean of bugs, it sometimes even renders the game unplayable. The PS3 version is almost unfixable. The game is a mess, and pretty shallow at times. A rushed, squandered opportunity. It was far from terrible, but I'll always look back at it and shudder, it just left me wanting.
If I want a game where the world feels vibrant and my choices have consequences, then I'll rather play Mass Effect.
And hopefully Diablo 3 will have a lot fewer bugs, it certainly can't have more.

In the end they will still make the game they want to make, according to how they want it to be, and develop it for as long as they see fit. If you really were the boss, then e-mail them and tell them to release the game tomorrow, and we'll all see how they ignore you. Some boss you are...
We are not their 'bosses', this is more of a symbiotic relationship. We buy their product and they make it playable for us. We don't command them, but they are still dependant on our feedback. But we still use their product for entertainment value. You see, symbiosis.
