I would increase the crit chance, perhaps on the amulet. thats gonna boost alot

take a look at mine http://eu.battle.net...2695/hero/90879

Thanks, I am sitting at 52% crit chance buffed, I think there are other places I can improve first before trying to squeeze a few more crit in here and there.

We all hit that point where it's difficult to upgrade. Save that 40m. As a WW barb you should be farming ridiculously well so it shouldn't take long to find a ton of items you can sell for 5-10m at a time.

You'll get to the point where gold adds up incredibly fast and each item you replace, the old item can be sold for multimillions as well, leading to a healthy funnel of gold entering/leaving your personal economy. IK belts aren't too expensive, so you can start with that to completing an IK set.

Bottom line, save gold, farm more, upgrade smart, sell efficiently, repeat.

Edit: On further note, try replacing Tyrael's with IK chest and add in Lacuni's with strength+crit. Yes, expensive, but those should be your long-term goals after you save up. Higher crit jewelry are also important, along with gloves with your current stats and strength (or save for IK gloves with at least 2/3 of the trifecta stats).

Farming till the cows come home :)

I def want to replace the Tyraels with an IK chest, but the gold just didn't match up for what i had to spend at the time. I snagged that Tyrales for 20m on bid, the IK's are really expensive. The Lacuni's are also on the list, probably similar time that I get the IK chest piece to substitute the movement speed. I'll check out the IK gloves with 2/3. Same with higher cd/cc jewlery.

Is it really worth grabbing an IK belt right now over what I have? I think that can be funneled into the lacuni's / IK chest timeframe. I don't gain much by getting the IK belt right now. Is the 5 set piece for IK worth it for us?

Appreciate the honest feedback, very helpful!!

I thought about upgrading but its more because I like to min max my character ..however with 1.05 and all the new high stat loot the prices are insanely high, however I'm still farming mp7 with no issue at all. I'd agree with the previous post and just save as prices will fall and you'll more than likely going to find upgrades on your own. Unless you're struggling or want to bump up in difficulty..I'd just hang tight.

Good to hear, that's my plan for now! Thanks for re-affirming haha

What do you guys think about a stone of Jordan for farming? That 20-30% dmg against elites is pretty nice...

In addition to what Tesken stated:

One big thing that helped me was snagging a Tyrael's chest piece. The stats on it are solid and you can snag one for 20m or so. It allows you to get rid of the lacuni, get strongarm or something else that gives a large str/res/crit boost and all the dmg to demons, movespeed and resists on the tyraels.

Also i highly recommend looking for pieces that are +armor or +life%, it's often the last thing people search for, but I found that I was able to offset vitality on gear pretty much by searching for life %.

    hope that helps

Long time sword and board barb here, recently switched to WW after 1.0.5 to see what all the rage was about(why did I wait so long... holy efficiency). Sold all my old gear and lucky had enough crit gear already to make the transition over to WW easy.

I feel like i built a pretty sold gear set. I started on mp5 and other than the succubi on a3 and the occasional molten/arcane pack I do very well. I am able to do ubers on mp5 solo(havent stepped it up yet)

The next step is where it gets interesting. I feel like I hit the dead zone. Looking at gear upgrades on the AH, all I can say is holy cow... anything to upgrade my slot other than my 2nd ring/belt is really, really expensive. I have yet to find that whale of an item, most of my stuff has been gained through buying/reselling old gear.

Where the hell do I go next with this build? What do you guys recommend? I am sitting on 40m or so, would like to see what everyone thinks to maximize my DPS(char sheet is 107k dps with passives, logged out with WOTB on i think last night)...assuming the answers are gonna be farm farm farm farm till the cows come home.

    Thanks for looking-

    Love the information.

I didn't read all 9 pages of this thread, but from my first impressions I was a little upset at the RMT AH. After taking a step back and thinking about it, I am all for it. It's a really great idea to give those who find something they can't use or trade a chance to sell it and gain something from it.

There is nothing that this can do to impact your game play. It opens up your options for customization's and builds. For the people whining "oh no this ruins PVP", move on this game is not your PVP chalice.
