So I am currently sitting in T3, can farm solo no problem. T4 I can also do but if I want to move onto T5/T6 what am I looking for? I would like to keep my build the same. I can switch out phalanx archers to another skill as I am only using it for a filler. They do a ton of damage for the little time they are out. Keep in mind I also have 6/6 Ahkans just have not switched or rolled a stat I liked. Any advice is helpful.
I think it's too high. Shit should be ultra rare, as in, you better be lucky to get a full set in a years time.
I don't think people appreciate how rare they SHOULD be. Somewhere along the line, ARPG players devolved away from combat and are only concerned with green and orange beams.
While I apperciate how rare the set pieces are. What I do not apperciate is however their drop system works. I play a lot, I know you do to Rope, see you on enough. I only seen Blackthorns twice,, no other set item have dropped for me since then. I am almost at 10000 blood shards spent and have not found one upgrade through Kadala. My friend logs on finds 3 pieces of firebirds in 30 minutes. He has not played in two weeks. I think thats what irritates people. While I dont think we should get fully upgraded T6 toons in one weekend. I do think something needs to be fixed to keep us coming back day after day.
Although I really do not think there is a happy medium anywhere. Things drop to much people complain. Things do not drop people complain? What do you do.
Lastly, I think people are forgetting about crafted sets. They are decent, they roll shitty just like drops too! I can do T2/T3 with just my crafted stuff and what I have found so far. There is always that.
Idk I think a lot of people feel the way that rusaaaskkk( I forgot your name) guy does. However you. One off challenging and very aggressive towards people who don't agree with you. Then again it's text so we could have this same conversation about d3 and enjoy talking about a game we both love.
I always looked at the AH like this. It is really no different then d2. Instead if going to the AH you would sit in trade channels spamming copy and paste text with what you have or what you want. It was a little more personal and you got to meet people who were either nice, hacking, scamming or just tying to actually trade. The AH is really same thing with everything right there. Just my two cents.
Also my real problem with loot is still not how little it drops. There is to many stats to freaking deal with. There is no itemization at all. That's what made d2 great. You wanted to be a wearbeAr barbarian? Freaking do it! Another thing is while I like d3 skills they piss me off too. My favorite toon in d2 was a charged bolt sorc. Back when I started it, know one did it. It was all nova sorcs. Then my guild and friends saw I mowed cows down just as fast. They changed their minds real quick. Everything is simply cookie cutter a out builds and items in this game. Everything. Also check the link out. Itemization lost my friend did. Lastly my favorite thing about d3! I love when you hit bodies or book cases across the the map and find them a somewhere else on the map. Makes me laugh every time.

Having invested a lot of time into the pc version this is a breath of fresh air. I really wasn't expecting much. Diablo on playstation was a horrible game so I wasn't expecting much.
The game is so smooth. Everything besides the menus feels awesome. Which really doesn't matter when the combat feels so great.
I forgot to add the greatest part. I do not have to be online. I have a 10g cap as verizon Mifi is the only thing available and affordable.
After reading three pages of this.... you can see we all feel differently about the game. Whether we are disappointed or love the game. Lastly, this game needs improvement, big time. It is what it is though. I still play once a day, sometimes hours, others a few minutes. I have leveled all toons to 60, in which four of them are above 120k dps, and my highest paragon being 40. I am happy with that. There still needs to be fixes. Again it is what it is though, either enjoy it or play something else?
Farm act 3 on mp0. It will be fast exp you can do multiple runs fast. Your dps is not that bad for just starting out. It is where everyone directed me. I usually do keeps of depths 3-1(backwards) , bridge of korsik(backwards, arreat crater, and tower. Rinse and repeat.
I can't comment on your monk because I don't know about monks, but your wiz is not all that bad, it has good enough dps, you could need more crit chance (I have a spare source with 10 crit and another with 7 but more damage if you're interested, for free of course ) but your wiz build!! it's awful! blizzard and electrocute for main skills it's just wrong, if you enjoy playing your wiz you should make an archon build or at least something with more juice
Thanks, I am just gonna focus my monk for now. My wiz was actually a tank before 1.05 hit. Had over 1000 resists and 70k life and just stood there using spectral blades. It was a fun build I messed around with. Only did 20k dps=p I really dont like wizard that much.
Grizwalds Set. The most underappreciated set ever!!! Though the weapon would break on one giant pack of cows lol. My favorite was Shaeffers hammer with mara's amulet(amp damage). Was a killing machine. That was before all the uber runewords though. I played my first to 99. Then had one every season. Could not resist.
I never did get my full Gris set. Always wanted it just for fun. ahhh,,,,,regrets.
Anywho.....since you like the feel of a Zealot. Since you already have Combination Strike in your Passive bar, I would suggest taking out Blinding Flash and inserting Way of the Hundred Fists/Blazing Fists. Combined with those Prowlers I gave you and your increased CC from the other gear, you will most definitely feel like you're running a Zealot again, I promise.
Do that and your IAS will shoot way up. Just toggle between the two (Fists of Thunder/Way of the Thousand Fists) intermittently while attacking and I think you'll be quite pleasantly surprised with the feel of that build. Also, the increased IAS will grant you a much greater return on your LoH. You damage will go up too (more hits per second = higher DPS on detail sheet).
I just switched to this=D Liking it. I also run so fast now that I sometimes can't control myself...
Sooo just an update, legendary #1 is a stormshield. Not a good one but it gives me hope!! I got so excited i accidently left the game before finishing the run=x

Now I know why I like you. I was heavily into playing my 98 zelaot. Did countless tournaments with him and even MF'd with him for fun.
Nothing like soloing Hell Cows with my trusty Zealot, Enigma, EbotD and a pair of Dracs. I used to love heared them up until the screen was full of nothing but cows and letting 'er rip.

I plan on going with my monk, it is my favorite character. (Closest to a pallyzealer imo which is the best and funniest class ever!). I actually like just killing things. Most times I run around with my barb 2h and bash because its funny to see things fly across screen and find their bodies 4 screens over. However I do also like upgrading my gear... and moving to harder things. MP levels kinda reminds me of darksouls, die die die learn something, die die die learn something, kill boss. If that makes sense.
