This is pretty awesome ! Thanks for sharing this.

One thing i would say about this, or it makes me think of, the death knight in wow, i know its not the same, but like a bleeding ( dots ) that jumps to other target.

I am not saying that diablo is like wow, i dont agree with that, but that build makes me thing or Blood boil of the dk

    Before the dawn of man...

Ahem, let me start over. Before the the release push-back to early 2012 announcement made yesterday, there was a collective idea that they were going to announce the real release date at Blizzcon this October.

After the push-back, does this seem less likely? If Blizzard is unable to announce a set release date at Blizzcon, what else will they be able to announce at Blizzcon? A few things come to mind:

    -Runestone system
    -Alternate PvP modes
    -Easter Egg content(?)

And of course, the beta key giveaways, which will probably be something like this...

    Sure they will.

We can expect more info about act 1 2 3 4

And i lol'ed with those fat chick at the end

You wont see them in this d3 vanilla

    Exactly !

I guess item stats will be enough with gems. As diablo 2, charm was new with the exp right?

posted a message on Expansion Classes, HOW DO THEY WORK?
I would like to see an enchanter or something like that. Which could buff friendly targets and debuff monsters, without any healing spell or a increase xx% heal received buff.

I would'nt like to see a shield class based as someone said, we have the barb which can hold a shield, the barb has a tons of spells that regens or steal life, he can ''aggro'' monsters, increase his armor and stuff.

    A necromancer would be awesome.

Take solace in the fact that, if you didn't get into the beta today, there's a chance you will tomorrow... or any other weekday while the beta test is going.

So I guess the If you didn't get into the beta today ( it is prolly only press ), chance of tomorrow ( today ) is us the public.

Don't mix to much between dmg and armor bonus / stuff. Inferno will be hard, the barb will be the ultimate tank, will need lots of hps/hps regens/life stolen/...

Blizzard comments on the current state of Diablo 3 FnF Beta and as well as the progress towards Closed Public Beta

    1. Start with a small sample audience to test stability
    2. Take bug and crash report feedback; act on them quickly
    3. Release new patches to make some very necessary changes in the small test environment
    4. Keep testing stability while adding new battle.net/infrastructure components
    5. If everything is running incredibly smooth after steps 1-4, invite people from the general public to open the flood gates on stress testing and get focused gameplay feedback/bug reports

This is a very layman's description, but the point is we have to slowly throttle in more people to test the game as we continue to create new builds and work out new battle.net functionality. Once the environment is stable and many of the core features are there, we then start to invite the masses.

I'd feel remiss in not mentioning this: we absolutely want everyone to play this game as soon as possible. But to make that a reality, we must first excel in both content and deliverance. (So let's put on our classics and we'll have a little dance, shall we?) ;)

dont really see a point to having one here, since blizzard has an official one on their site - which actually works.

The goal is that people post what they would like to see.

Ex : You add the rune effect increase duration by 80%, well you see this rune effect when you mouse over the skill, not over the rune.

Kiowa has a good point, having 2-3 build on the same page to compare one to each other.

posted a message on Diablo 3 beta online?
Hey just a question about the beta client.

You can create a character even if you are not linked to a beta key.

But right now the server are down right?

Because when i try to log in, it says invalid name or password ( which is false i just logged into battle.net ).

So i guess they are down for the moment?

    Hello !

I am just wondering, should I be seeing skills description by going over with my mouse?

When I click on choose a spell ( lvl 1 ). The pannel opens on the right, when I mouse over I don't see any description, normal?

    Thank you .
