I have a very similar computer, that I built myself and spent only $650. You got ripped off.

This is purely your own speculation, no where has Blizzard ever said the Diablo 3 beta was going to work like this.

Ooh man, this was absolutely me. I had to explore every inch of an area in Diablo 1 and 2 before I would move on.

They need to be features that add value to the game. I disagree that a guild system for a game like Diablo III would be useful. You already have all of the tools you need for playing with people that you want.

Don't fucking troll you? Excuse me? Just because I disagree with you, and you are throwing a tantrum about it, doesn't mean i'm trolling you. Grow up.
All you've done so far is post a bunch of very weak arguments and incorrect information and I called you out on it. Your response so far to this is to act like a baby about it. Has nothing to do with me.

Look at the date that was posted. That was from almost a year ago. Things have changed since then.

Stop exaggerating yourself, I never said that.

Speak for yourself with not understanding anything. Guild support can be implemented into every game, but it doesn't need to be. I guess we should add guild support to Torchlight then, a single player only game? That's what you are arguing for here.
There are clans in Starcraft 2, you haven't looked hard enough. The channel I hang out in has a couple players who are in a clan. None of them argue for clan features or really care. I've never seen the top Korean clans in Starcraft 2 argue for wanting clan features.
To make it Diablo 3 specific, this is the only thread i've seen anywhere, where only one person is arguing for wanting a guild system in Diablo 3. It's just not something anyone else cares about.

It's there, but not in the same way that it is for Starcraft 2. Large portions of the game are still server side, as are your characters.
I will eat a hat if it turns out there is a single player crack for Diablo 3. Starcraft 2 has been hard enough for people to pirate, the current version can't be played by pirates.

No, we will not. They need a single player to actually hack their way into and it doesn't exist in Diablo 3.

What? That's not how it works at all. People can set b.net to have them be automatically logged into a chatroom once they log into the game.
In the chatroom I join with a group of other people from another forum, we've never had an issue with random people coming in that we didn't want there, or people causing problems. It's usually around 50 people during the prime time hours and hardly anyone talks anyways. Everyones busy actually playing the game.
This isn't WoW, if you find yourself sitting around, just doing nothing but bullshitting in a chatroom, you're doing it wrong.

Pretty much. I put only 24 hours into Torchlight, according to Steam and haven't touched the game in a real long time. From everything i've seen about Torchlight II, it's everything I hated about Diablo II and can't stand anymore.
Pretty hard to play a pirated game offline when there is no offline feature.

If it's anything like Starcraft 2, you can access any b.net chatroom from anywhere within the game. All of your arguments so far for why we need a guild system, are features that are already built into b.net. All you really want is a guild label attached and that is just completely pointless.

I've played dozens of MMORPGs, since as far back as 1996. I know how "cool" it is to be in a guild. I just don't feel it applies to an action RPG with a 4 player limit.
