I don't know if people here remember me anymore, but I made a post a while back about how you could easily make $1,000 in the first month of Diablo 3. I even boasted that it would be possible to earn $25 per hour playing the game.

It has tens of thousands of views, and eventually was removed from the site because public opinion was such that I was lying to try and make money. In actuality, I was trying to open up people's minds to what was really going to be possible.

People like this guy have blown my predictions out of the water and enjoy making money off the same people who said it would be impossible to earn this much.

Congratulations to you on your 6,000 Euros, and I hope to see you around my blog to share your ideas
    !

    Quote from Ixir

Don't really see how this is a bug or anything. Seeing how your not using NV buff, I can't see this to be helpful that much, I guess it would be good for ppl just hitting inferno I guess.

The monsters don't attack if you stay outside the doorway.

It's a bug in their ai.

New to Inferno and getting your head handed to you? Want some Inferno level gear and you're willing to sacrifice time to get some? Well, you've come to the right place. Get ready for the easiest, most monotonous, stab your eyes farming known to Sanctuary.

    Rumford at the Gate
Step 1: Select Rumford at the Gate as your quest.

    Old Tristram Road
Step 2: Follow the road northwest towards Old Tristram. Once you get to the yellow circle on the map, you will receive a checkpoint.

    Dank Cellar
Step 3: Log in and out of the game repeatedly, running back west along the road to see if the Dank Cellar is open.

    Hacks!
Step 4: Run down into the cellar but DO NOT go beyond the first doorway you see. From a distance shoot (sorry melee) the little guys digging at the open treasure chest.

Step 5: PROFIT! Wear magic/gold find gear with no survivability because you will never get hit doing this. It's just free loot for new Inferno characters and I don't believe it's going to get nerfed anytime soon. There are literally DOZENS of spots like this all throughout the game that you can log in/out close to waypoints in order to get the right random chests/dungeons/treasure goblins/etc.

For those thinking that they were dumb for missing this little tip, take heart in the fact that nowhere has blizzard or anyone mentioned this yet that I saw.

I think it was new with beta 13

Hey all, in case you didn't know, you can see the stats/vendor price of an item without having to pick it up first.

Just mouse over and press control.

In addition to this command, you can press alt to see all nearby gear/gold on the ground and press shift to compare an item in your inventory to what you currently have equipped.

I have a short video (30 seconds) of the control loot option here:

posted a message on Is This Too Much?
Could use some feedback on my latest website. I created a pitch to try and attract certain types of people to our "secret" gold forum. The idea is to keep our RMAH ideas within the forum and out of the public eye. That alone has some value, but I have to make sure that I only attract the right kind of audience to ensure that the forum is a success.

Right now, there are around 100 members, but I thought my pitch sucked so I completely re-did it.

Let me know if it sounds good, over the top, pathetic, awesome, etc.

posted a message on Poem about Diablo 3!
    Quote from Esin84

When the beta keys were announced and how to win them, I was instantly inspired to write a poem! Hopw this gets me a beta key....enjoy!

    Slaying for Nirvana's sake.

Oh to be in the lands where Diablo doth tread.
To chose a hero as my avatar, to dole out unremitting pain.
Warriors heed my call for blood red.
So the original demon that is man can reign.

    Travelling the corruption of nature.
Sending back the hordes of hell.
With the best treasures in hand, to keep life from wager.
I rend asunder foul creatures with honed technique in one swooped fell.

    My heart heavy with rage.
    My mind overflowing with joy.
No entity is more fearsome or grand than me, I wage.
The defiled mere jest to me, only for fun like flimsy toy.

I will use every known art for my holy duty.
Whether its a barbarous yell or by ancient martial force.
Perhaps some archaic magic or a zombie dog to nip them in the booty.
I control the hatred with sagely discipline, this powerful equilibrium is my source.

The blasphemers will fall, Diablo will recede as will the other Evils.
As I oversee the struggles of dark and light through the mighty eye of God.
The soil may change forever with great battles ahead, a tumultuous upheaval.
But my love for the war will be never ending as most others feeling this sentiment will not find odd!

Some of the lines are a little too long for the corresponding rhymes, but it was well done. I'm sure you'll get something :D
