WEll in best scenario (having luckiest day in life) you would be able to win 3v1 in euro pvp in some high-end skills duels. Video was not representative of private europvp duelling by no means! (team that lost 0:5 was more than terrible, namely necro running into fireballs, amazon shooting fearfully or not at all and barb doing nothing)

Well LMS is not exaxctly required, but it makes things so much complicated. You can easily confess that once dead during duelling, you may not participate anymore in given "round". And play it like it was LMS.

Now imagine "hero" respawns at fixed place. You can already see massive ganking.
