    I can swap out huge toad for Wall if I want, all personal preference, but I like having huge toad

    *All of your arguments against "won't last long in inferno" just kinda shows you're not going to be of the people farming inferno. There is a reason why CC values are reduced, because they are that strong. If the values stayed the same, the game would be a joke. CC will also be a requirement of a balanced party, because if you haven't seen the damage values for inferno mobs, most Act3-4 mobs in inferno difficulty can 2 shot you as a caster, and 3 shot you as a melee (unless you take armour passives, shield, affix stacking DR etc)

    * mass confuse - Long CD
    powerful abilities have long CD's which is why you have Grave Injustice as a passive, and tribal rites

    *Horrify - Range Issue
    Face of death says hello

    *Hex - your argument about range is null and void you assume proximity is a problem, infact it is not in group situations. All classes will be expected to kite, and move in and out of melee range. Monster Affix Mortar says hello for thinking you play this game sitting at range 24/7 as a caster. Further one enemy is not a problem either, considering Hex is on a low CD, with a passive like grave injustice, it makes it even lower.

    *Zdogs, gargant tanking - , with the right passives and gear, they will probably be able to tank or why would there be defensive based runes and passives which indicate such? little is known about Zdog and nothing is known about Garg scaling. Someone tried to zdog testing in beta, but with such little to work with, I take those results with a grain of salt.

    Yeah, they are reduced, yes they are strong, but that DOESN'T change the fact that they are reduced...I reason I keep using that argument, is because, i don't know, maybe because IT'S TRUE.

    I meant you can't take them all , IF you're going to be effective. You're build is really bad. Blizzard has said if you aren't doing damage, you're doing it wrong. You have a bunch of cc that is reduced effects. You will be providing barely any damage to your team compared to this build

    This build allows for single target and AOE damage for yourself. A tank pet with a stun. And Has 3 of your cc abilities that you like. Passives allow you to debuff enemy damage, survive from being 1 shot, and reduced periodic damage.

    24 yard horrify still isn't that big honestly. Mortar, you can dodge sideways. And not every mob will have this. I'm glad you brought up ONE of the FEW situations where you have to get close. You don't tailor your build for a few situations, You have to "diverse" your build to all situations.

    yes, zdogs and garg CAN tank, I'm just saying in groups they won't be as effective with the damage buff to enemies.. I guess you only read and understand what YOU want to.

    Wall of zombies. Let's use your kind of logic, there are times in the game where enemies come from MORE than one direction from the START. Therefore you CAN'T just not LET them surround you if they already are around you. Even in beta there was times where they spawn All around you in that one trap.

    In conclusion, your logic has been highly ineffective in this one sided destruction (debate).

    No, actually, blizzard said that players will change the way they think about and balance the game, because they cannot predict how players will play, and what comps they will use. That the first people to clear inferno will be those that use tactics they never thought of, and combined abilities to do OP crazy shit.

    I dont care if Jay Wilson said "if you're not doing damage you're doing it wrong" Jay Wilson didnt beat Inferno, none of the "elite test team" beat inferno. I'm not going to listen to the logic of people who didnt beat their own game, blizzard often fails foresight because players use "clever use of game mechanics" often, in every game they have ever made, to do things they cannot predict. Which is why they usually overtune difficulty to deal with their inability to foresee player strategy, this is a common blizzard practice. If I'm in a 4 man comp, and im able to control the entire flow of combat, by myself, while my other group members focus on blowing shit the fuck up, I win 10x over.

    gear balance and distribution, class mechanics; WD have the best group buff in game Big Bad Voodoo - Slam Dance 20% MS, 20%IAS, 30% DMG.

    The best slow in game Grasp of the Dead - Groping Eels
    Caltrops - hooked spines is just as good, but when you can pick Torturous ground over it, Eels comes out as the best slow
    Slow Time - time shell doesnt compare, longer CD, and its a PBAoE ( on the basis of the slow effect alone, not counting other factors )

    ^ tons of reasons to want a certain class. Any group that's going for a balanced group composition will have

    1 barb, 1 Monk, 1 WD, and the last spot is a toss up between DH and Wiz.

    Barb has the best stuns per class, DH has similar stun capabilities but over all abilities barb does it better.
    Wizard brings 1 buff, DH brings 1 buff, most of their debuffs are done more efficiently by other classes.

    DH and Wiz lean more towards damage dealers, WD more towards control, Monk more to support, Barb more towards meat shield.

    If you're going to survive inferno with a 4 man comp, where monsters gain 110% HP more per extra player, and 15% dmg more per player, better sort your shit out and play your comp to its strengths. Group comp and abilities will mean a lot in hell, and EVERYTHING in inferno.

    Why do you need certain class? Because if you dont plan your shit, you stand NO chance in a group in inferno. Design your group according to your strat, or die. Strat doesnt work, find a new one, or find more capable people to fill the roles of your comp, or die.
    Grouping in hell and beyond will be no joke, you run more risks than the rewards.

    Still need an region. NA, EU, AZ, Auz?

    You can add me to you bnet list, im already playing with 2 other guys, but they dont have prior d2 experience, so once they slow me down, I'm moving on without them. I'll be playing WD and have 3-4 builds I'll be rotating between depending on what kind of game im in (solo, 2,3,4). If I'm around and you need me just msg me, I'm always open to jump in and play with people as long as they dont slow me down :P.

    Teleporting for 6 seconds straight using Wormhole Rune, starting at 7 seconds.

    You're using Beta hacked clients as evidence, which we dont use as evidence of how an ability actually works. We just use it for how the ability animation looks, which is wrong some of the time as well.

    Since you are not able to skip content in inferno, and this rune would effective allow you to skip content if you could spam cast it till AP dry, which no other class can do, and also the fact it's been explained, people need to stop clinging on to the notion that it allows you to spam teleport. (looking at you blackmarch)

    I will make anybody a 500k gold bet, that you will not be able to cast unlimited TP until you are AP dry. The game is designed to NOT allow you to skip content in inferno, an ability that allows you to TP 4-5 screen lengths + higher with gear would allow you to do so. It would also bring back the wiz (sorc) as the cheese of all MF'ing chars pre enigma.

    Spam TP around, find some mobs i can fight, fight them. Fuck off the ones I cant. TP around loot chests, avoid monsters.

    ^ This play style has been vanquished, and if you actually payed attention to what the dev's want in this game, you'd realize it will NOT happen, which is why Ill make someone a 500k gold bet, that it does not happen that way.
