RoS makes the game a lot better than it was.

It's awful. Infact I try to avoid stores during the holidays all together. More so than usual.

I voted to keep them as they are I'd personally just like to see loot drops that are better than what I get. For the most part I farm gold to buy upgrades. Sometimes I'd like to just loot the upgrade.

The game still has some kinks but the issues with the launch servers were largely over exaggerated in my opinion. Maybe I wasn't as rabid to play it though. I was really irritated the first day or two but after that I just gave it some time and then the servers seemed to get better as they opened more and more servers.

The traffic congestion is so damn irritating though. They don't pick a job because it's close to them, not that I've noticed at least. They pick jobs based on their wealth and the wealth of the job. It seems basically anyone in low-mid class will work a industrial job, low class workers work in low class commercial jobs, mid to mid, etc. That part doesn't bother me. The main issue my city right now is having (with 140k people) is no matter how many avenues I seem to add I have traffic issues of people getting in and out of my city on the one highway connected to it. I even have fully upgraded streetcars and bus services along with a ferry and a train station but the highway still gets backed up so bad it goes off my screen.

Nice work. Interesting to think about. The Demon Hunter seems a bit OP though with shroud and I'm surprised the barbarian didn't get trample.

PS4 was confirmed to be able to play used games though wasn't it?

Sony has gone on record as saying the PlayStation 4 will not block used games, becoming the first of itself and Microsoft to dismiss rumors of console-locked discs. Shuhei Yoshida spilled the beans in a Eurogamer interview, though apparently he may not have been supposed to.
"Yes. That's the general expectation by consumers," said Yoshida, when asked if he agreed customers have a right to own the discs they bought. "They purchase physical form, they want to use it everywhere, right? So that's my expectation."

When Eurogamer pushed further for a direct confirmation, Yoshida had to ask a PR drone for advice, hoping to get the "official answer to our internal question." After some conferring, the executive returned with what looked like a curt and definitive answer.

"So, used games can play on PS4. How is that?"

In my opinion everything should be legal. Some drugs are very serious and have long standing effects, which people are aware of but does crack being illegal stop a crack addict from smoking crack? No. It just makes it more taboo and harder for people to get help if they decide they need it because it's a huge social stigma as well as a illegal drug which makes them afraid of legal repercussion.

Drugs being illegal drives the market underground into seedy alleyway transactions and dirty condemned houses, and who's profiting from it all? Drug cartels, dealers, mules. It's a huge industry that because of the drugs being illegal it allows them to rake in a lot of cash from it.

Aside from that a lot of pain medication is opiate based already so I for sure think they should be all tested for medical benefits.

As far as commercial use there are some drugs, even if legalized will never see commercial use because they're far too destructive. Tobacco is far easier to smooth over and candy coat than meth. Even if the drugs were legal the political and social backlash of a company mass producing crack or meth for commercial use would be staggering and probably rightfully so.
