posted a message on Shadow Power vs Wrath of the Berserker
Well since my public warning pretty much got ignored and this is just continuing I'll post here.

Using the word retard is okay when it's referring to an inanimate object, because objects don't have feelings. When you call someone retarded though you're attempting to insult them. You're using the word in a derogatory way against a person. We don't allow the use of any such words to be used as a slang insult, whether they're in the dictionary or not. The point behind it was to flame and try to inflict some sort of negative effect on the other person.

Further off-topic posts will be deleted. PM me with any questions.

Anyways, cut out the name calling and get back to debating. ;)

They're not supposed to be horrifying. The fallen are the jokes of the demon world. Azmodan made them that way. I posted the quoted before.

The infuriated Azmodan held them responsible for the Prime Evils' continued reign, and so he left the fallen in their new bodies, where their degradation would serve to amuse him for all eternity.

posted a message on Questions and Discussions Regarding Patch 10
I think they addressed this in a recent post. Barbarians will not be taking Dexterity, however a lot of in game items the barbarian can use will have the affix for +dodge I think is what they said.

    Here is the quote:
For example, a Barbarian gets both "resist-all" armor and Attack-like damage from "Strength", so why would he ever choose Dexterity's dodge over that?

Barbarian's will always want Strength now just like they always wanted Attack before. Armor is a damage reduction. Dodge completely negates damage. They're extremely different in practice and your survivability, and at high difficulty play barbarians will absolutely want +dodge. And they don't have to take Dexterity to get it. Ideally a barbarian would find an item with +Stength and +Dodge on it. It would be devalued for the barb if it had +Dexterity on it. (tah dah itemization diversity)

You have to hide peoples signatures by hitting the X on their signature. You can then unblock it in your profile later. I'll see about getting that fixed.

(This post represents my personal opinion only)

The government has no problem with showing us who is boss. The day after people protest SOPA the government overreaches its bounds and pull a move right out of the SOPA act itself.

    http://www.usatoday....down/52678528/1

Now MegaUpload is a pretty popular site for uploading lots of things. They also like any other upload site get pirated material but they always shut it down pretty abruptly. They should fall under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act which has many provisions that provide safe harbor for companies.

What safe harbor essentially does is say "As long as you're doing your best to remove illegal material you are not liable for what your users do."

What SOPA would change is that very thing. It was to hold the sites liable for what users upload, which is obviously impossible when you look at larger sites which copyrighted material is posted all over such as wikipedia, facebook, and youtube. It seems they want to make it clear they do not need SOPA to do what they want.
