Well, I want to help players to improve their gears, strategy, skill build.
Zrave, a famous barb started to do some "Gear Checks" at his stream to help people that are stuck on Act I or II or III. Too bad Zrave stated that he doesn't like to to it anymore, and he received too many requests and won't be able to do them all, so I decided to start doing this.
What I will do, to start:
You add me as a friend, with a message stated "Gear Check"
I will start charging 500k for the job.
I will look at your gear, build srategy, ask some stuff, and we will find out a better way for you to farm with your current gear.
About me, I'm a 22 Years old Man, I play a Barb right now, Cleared everything with my WD/Barb before the patch, and after as well. I know my class very well, 1h builds, dual wild builds, 2h builds, which stats you should focus to farm, and a lot of stuff.
So, if you are having problems with your Barb, add me and I WILL help you to do better.

Its a nice gesture but seeing that 500k fee is a bit offputting
I guess you dindt read the same thing has me. 500k is not that much and plus it will filter some people. Meaning he will get less demands. People dont realize that the guy you ask advise to wants to play has well. I think the 500k is just a reconition for service done.
Public policy concerns, contract theory(fairness), and normal course of dealings(acknowledgement that everyone or a lot of people accepts the EULA ) might have a judge rule in favor of the consumer if this ever went to court.
It would be too one sided to have a EULA that says "we can do anything and you are helpless" to be legally binding. Basic contract implied warranties say you get the item you contracted for and paid consideration for.

The minimum blizzard should do it buff other stats on the weapon so that DPS refelct what I have purchased 4 days ago.
So yeah, i purched a weapon on the RMAH before 1.0.3. I came accross a post on kotaku that reflects what I think about the subject.

Can the game company take your money and then nerf the item you bought into the ground? What about changing that amazing piece of armor you bought into a stats-less pink dress?

I run act 2 on my barb with 13k dps, 600 resist to all self buff, 45k HP and 9k armor with the enchantress.
Takes me 20-30 min to do a balial run with 5 stacks.
i call bullshit on this, with 13k dps it takes me 12min just to kill Belial so i cant see how you can get 5 stacks and kill Belial in just 30min

I can see that your helm is blue. Try to get a helm of command. Alot of people are crafting this helm and its possibly one of the best one for a barb.
If you farm act 1 salvage all the lvl 60 items. I can get easilly the mats for 2 of this helm in one day.
Drop some of your resist to get more armor. you really dont need that much for Act 2.\
Youre missing like 600 strengh which would help your dps and your armor.
Each act of Inferno has its own tier of item drops, and apparently can drop the tier above or below it as well. So in Act 3 you will get Act 4 items, but not in Act 1. Case in point, I've been farming A1 Inferno for a week and never seen a single Sacred Shield, which fits this theory because it should be the Act 4 tier of shield.
Actually there are three tiers of items in inferno. Act 1 and Act 2 each have their own. Then Act 3 and 4 share the last tier. This also corresponds to difficulty, as Act 1 monsters are level 61, Act 2 are 62, and Act 3 and 4 monsters are 63.
Act 2 would drop all three tiers of items. Presumably in Act 3 and 4 your chances of getting the highest tier would be greater, but your kill rate is probably much slower, which would make it less efficient.

I use charge and get stuck, i cant move anymore, cant tele out and mobs cant kill me.
It append to me 3 times today and its really annoying when u got 5 buff and have to relog....

No there where not photoshop. I click on the on the item in general chat and it show me the stats that I stated earlier.
One of them was red and the other was legendary.

1 of the item was a fist weapon with a DPS of 40k and the other was an amulet with 650% increase gold.
So way.....
