They know the stained glass is Imperius because he's the only one with exactly that sword and halo.
I see a spire in the archangel hands not a sword.
They know the stained glass is Imperius because he's the only one with exactly that sword and halo.
Finally, at the end of the cinematic, we see Deckard Cain and Leah in Tristram Cathedral. Oddly, there is a giant stained glass window that depicts Imperius fighting a horde of demons. In fact, this same image is present in the Book of Cain. The image us odd given that Imperius is against mankind yet is depicted in the Cathedral. Is there a possible hint of foreshadowing as the mysterious comet crashes through the very image of Imperius?

But in my mind I’m picturing a scene where I’m slaughtering all demons that make any kind of noise

And you delete (kill your baby), when you find out your planning wasn't that good, because you didn't know what it is like in hell or inferno. And then start over.
No thanks I prefer freedom and a situation oriented planning.
PlugY was the most popular mod, for Diablo 2, for one simple reason. You could reset your skills.
Almost everyone wanted that, and now that is Blizzard who is giving you that option, everyone start complaining.
And what's the problem with the AH? Diablo is mostly a single and co-op game why does it bother you if someone spends thousands of dollars for gearing up?
For both skill reset and AH, if you don't like it don't use it. It’s as simple as that.

In Diablo 2, Runes were limited items used to modify existing gear.
In Diablo 3, Runes were limited items used to modify existing skills.
I see a big similarity there.
The new system only solves some storage problem and drop table balancing.
And have the following problem.
- Runes are no longer items used to customize your character.
- If you want a specific rune on a skill you may be lucky and get it at level 10 or you may be doomed to wait until you reach level 50+.
- There are no more rune levels, once you get a skill and a rune effect one it there is no way to improve it other than getting new weapon. So there are less alternative to improving your character.
- The new system is more linear and gives you less customization.
Possible solution, mix the 2 system together.
We get the items from the old system back but as consumable item. Once you use a rune on a skill you unlock that rune for that skill.
Result:
Lvl 10 character find lvl 1 indigo rune: Wow cool I found a rune :), but wait where do I put it, which skill do I unlock first? (Eventually this player will find/buy all low lvl rune and unlock them for all his skills)
Later at lvl 60 the above player find lvl 7 indigo rune now he have to decide again which skill he want to improve.
In short with this system players have to make important choices all the way from lvl 1 to 60 and behind. Of course eventually there will come a moment where we will unlock max lvl rune for all skills but that will take some time and they can always add new rune lvls with expansions.

What’s the point of the caravan when you have only one artisan following you?
No you can level all available artisans (right now there are 2 of them, blacksmith and jeweler).
The idea is that your caravan is composed of your 10 heroes, 3 followers that help you in your fight, blacksmith and jeweler that provide service to you, Leah and maybe some other character that help you with your quest.

Since he is “less” useful than the blacksmith, let trash hem, we can do without hem right.
Seriously what’s your problem? How can he lose usability when there are no changes to hem?
Probably he is getting more use because weapon enchant are gone and they will probably allow gem socket in weapon now.
EDIT - After reading more posts, now I understand your problem (1 artisan / account) but that’s just not true.

I know the existence of the shift key but I rather not use it and have my left hand free.
Also if you account the shift key you can easily solve the problem of the OP by pressing the shift key and choosing a direction without clicking on the monster.

Often you end up not clicking on the monster and moving close to it insted of shooting it.
But the mesh can be a litle smaller it look to big in the video.

But now that the release have been delayed past this date, there is no longer an important date that would make any difference, it doesn’t really matter if it is released in January or March, so they are taking their time to polish the game as much as possible. The Korea situation is no longer a factor that prevents the game release.
Cross finger and hope we will get a beta invite so we have something to do while waiting for the game release.

If the feature was used for MF the problem is not in the feature it self is in how MF work.
I'm a bit disapointed that they didn't make any change to MF, it would be much better to completely remove MF then leave it as i it is.
Diablo is a really item oriented game and the ultimate goal for many players is to find those shiny items that are really rare so MF is a must or else you will have a really small chance to get any of those shiny items.
In short MF become a requirement not an option and this is what i dislike about it.
As for Weapon Switching i liked the feature and i think it's a really useful one especially when you reach higher difficulty lvl where you can find elemental immune champions and rare mobs.
Also been able to quickly change from high dps to a shield for more defense is a nice feature especially if the game put you in such situation.

Why do you think Imperius is the one in the image? From what I know Imperius wouldn’t involve himself with the humans. Why would there be his image in a cathedral?
Unless there is some information in the Book of Cain I say the archangel in the image should be Inarius the one that founded The Cathedral of Light.

Why don't you think of it this way.
The first level of a skill is what you get right now and by using it you make it even better.
Yes the system force you to make a long term choice. What skill will i master first? But it doesn't lock you to that choice and ultimately you will master all skills.
To make sure the storm happen coz i like it.
I couldn't play past the first 30 min of skyrim. Really i don't get it what ppl like in that game. I don't know, maybe there was something wrong but there was no feedback at all when my sword hit an enemy, the sound was like random sword clashes and your sword didn't have any impact on your enemy animation. In top of that skyrim like oblivion use those stupid animal head humans, there is almost no difference in the body only the head look like an animal, it really is stupid, it look more like a Halloween party.

I do have it but so little free time :(, don't know what to play first

Art
From the graphics to the character development, Diablo 2 was not Diablo 1 and Diablo 3 is not Diablo 2 or 1. There are lease changes in graphics between Diablo 1 and 2 then Diablo 3 and 2 but that’s because they have been released closer to each other. The color scheme (that so many complain about) in Diablo 2 was limited by the game engine you couldn’t have more 256 color on the screen and to have a better light and shadow effect you had to limit your choice of colors. This doesn’t mean we should still use 256 colors for Diablo 3, does it? From the gameplay video I have seen the world of Diablo 3 is still a dark and grim place.
Lore
Lore wise I don’t see how some ppl discard Diablo 2 lore. Sure there isn’t much lore in the game but the first time I played the game I was rushing to then next chapter just so I could see the next video and learn what would happen next. My first char was a paladin and I killed Diablo at lvl 26.
So fare I haven’t been disappointed by Blizzard lore in their game and I put my faith on them that Diablo 3 will also have an epic ending.
Replay
I love RPG games and I have played so many of them from Diablo 1/2, to Fianal Fantasy 6/7/8/10/12, Gothic 2/3, Neverwinter Night, Skyrim, Fallout and so many other GBA and Play Station RPGs.
One of the things I love in Diablo and that I rarely find in other games is that you don’t need a walkthrough. I have restarted FF like 20 times and the first time I reached the last boss I decided not to kill hem and deleted my save and start over because I still have missed some items and game content.
Things like that don’t happen in Diablo. And the only thing you could do wrong in Diablo 2 they fixed it by adding skill and attribute reset and completely revamping the system in Diablo 3. Love it.
Many of you say this kill replay value, I disagree, and I don’t see why someone would want to start over because they put that skill point in the wrong place? I rather play with my current character and make him as powerful as I can rather than restart over, and after I have run Inferno a dozen times over, then I my want to make a new character.
For me restarting a game because you did something wrong the first time is not longevity of a game and there is no replay value in it.
Replay value is a game that you replay because you have fun playing it not because you made a mistake the first time you played.
I don’t see how the 10 character slot will limit you?
Unless you want 11 characters with 11 different name the 10 slot limit can’t limit you, because there are only 5 classes so you have 5 slots to spare. You can make a second barb, play with him as much as you want, then transfer all item to the barb you like most, delete one and make a new barb. So there is no limit on how many characters you can make.
Yes the current system promotes you to stay with your current character but it doesn’t prevent you from making a new one.
Skill system
For me the skill system in Diablo 3 is awesome sure it can be better http://us.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/3657285566?page=1#6 but still it’s just much better then Diablo 1 or 2. Given the amount of skill combination is no brain that they are giving us free respec and actually when ppl complained it was to free they heard us and added the shrine.
I’m not big fun of the shrine because to me it fill to much like a console thing and a bit out of place for the Diablo world, I would prefer limiting skill change to town only but I still can see why they added the shrine and didn’t just limit it to town.
That is because they don’t want you to go out of your way back in town whenever you get a new lvl they want you out in the field killing things and the shrine let you change skills without having to go back in town.
Unattuned Rune
Many didn’t like this system and again Blizzard heard us and scraped it, but I’m sure even if no one complained about it they would still scrap it for a simple reason. We have like 30 skill par class multiply by 5 classes then by 5 rune then by 7 rune levels you have 30x5x5x7 = 5250 runes, lol out there, there are RPG games that praise them self for having hundreds of items and here we have 5 thousand of just one type of item, also imagine how hard it would be to find in ah the rune you want it would be 1 in 5250.
I think I had some more things to say but now I forgot, maybe I come back later when I get home.
P.S. I’m actually enraged by the way some ppl hate a game they haven’t played yet and the way they throw out their subjective bullsh*t. But I will save my rage for the minions of Hell when the game gets released.

If the universe have to be created by an entity outside of the laws of physics, with the ability to manipulate (or at least create) the realm of physics (a god).
Where did this entity/god come from? Who or what created it?
You don't accept that fact that the universe may have always been there but you accept that this so called entity/god is there to create and/or manipulate our world.
