No Whalefail, I was reading that Jan 17th thread in the battle.net forums and kept seeing people talking about the different release dates of the other Blizz products. Everything seemed to revolve around this 10 week distance between their release announcement and the actual release of whatever product (SC2, Cata, etc). I figured that with the Nov 8 shareholders meeting coming up they would want some good end of the year news. Told my friend that my money was on them giving a release date for the investors and he comes back with a reply of....."dude 10 weeks puts that at Jan 17th...."
So naturally my response was "......you mean.....10 weeks exactly????"

Now there's no reason to say it's legit....but the logic behind it is rock solid IMO.

P.S. I've never gotten so excited off of such far fetched conjecture as I do when it has to do with D3!!!

    Check out this logic guys:
Nov 8 is blizz quarterly conference call. My money is on them giving a release date for the investors. And like SC2 & Cata were both released 10 weeks after their announcements that puts D3 release Exactly on Jan 17!!!

posted a message on How much will RMAH (aka PAYPAL) take from your pocket?
These are the actual fees as stated in the August 15 investor meeting:
    1) nominal Fixed fee for posting an auction (after your freebees)
    2) nominal Fixed fee for the sale of an item
    3) If at the point of sale you choose to take "e-money" then there are no more fees.
    4) If at the point of sale you choose to cash out to paypal, another fee is associated with cashing for real money, which will be a percentage% of the value of the sale
