So with every class having a unique set of weapons that only they can use, does anyone think that those weapons will always be best for that particular class? Will they be better (for your particular class) than normal weapons that all characters can use?
I wonder if in the end game, all characters will be using class unique weapons. Hopefully not.
I doubt it. I think it is just some weapons don't fit with all the classes, like the axe and mace which only the barb can use this seems like the way it should be. The other classes unique weapons seem to have the same idea. I would guess other weapon choices would be viable in the end game.
EDIT: actually there are two classes I could see mostly sticking to their class unique weapons only. The witch doctor and a Wizard(assuming the wizard is not attempting to do much meleeing) due to their offhand items and the class specific bonus effects offered by their class specific weapons. Of course it is possible there are other weapons outside of class unique ones that could do that too, but that is just my estimation. - To post a comment, please login or register a new account.

In my opinion using my laptop keyboard for the skills would not be very comfortable or efficient. If I was not going to use this mouse I think I would have to get something like the G13 number pad that Manus has.
The other thing I don't understand is why wouldn't the Diablo III themed mouse be more like the naga. I am not saying it should have a 12 button pad but at least enough to have all of the skill bar on the mouse.

Here is what the Wiki says
"There are two different ways a character can be resurrected in Diablo III. Character who die in battle will resurrect at the most recent checkpoint they have reached. These checkpoints will occur more often than waypoints. However, any checkpoint reached will be erased upon exiting the game and only the waypoints will remain saved. The second way to resurrect is through a cooperative resurrection. Players in a party are able to resurrect other party members. Originally, there was a reagent needed to perform this ability but it was removed."

I think this would make each rune much more distinguishable and really set them apart from each other. What does everyone else think about this?

As for the mouse it would depend on what you want to do. I personally want to have enough buttons to use all my skills and open my menus with my mouse. I am biased because I own a Razer Naga but I do love it. there is a wireless one (Nage Epic) but it is double your price point.

I am not sure about the content updates, I remember reading something official posted about the updates but I can't remember exactly what it said. I do remember it compared it to WoW stating that it was a subscription game and the content updates in Diablo III would not be like that. Though you could be right about item content updates. Do you know if there has been anything else official on content updates I have not really seen to much on that?

Can you teach me to be cool like you?

I thought the same thing you did, I would pre-order as soon as they announced the release date. Then I read this thread which convinced me to go pre-order it at my local GameStop. I just did it today and they acted like they were almost gone so if you want the CE you may still have a chance if you order soon, depending on where you live.

EDIT: Not trying to flame or anything but reading through that is really what it sounds like.

I do like the build you have made especially for a party. I think my personal preference would be to change a couple of the skills. I would pick the one that increases movement speed to get to the aid of your party faster. Also I would take crippling wave over exploding palm for the daze effect. just my personal opinion though.
As for solo play with that build I don't know how you would figure out before actually playing. Worth testing out though.
