Have you played D2? Have you seen how beastly melee can be? If anything Necros ans Sorcs were a joke... ya you have alot on minions.... but a kicksin could telekick you in the junk and your dead... there is alot to consider when comparing ranged summoners and melee... Blizz won't just send melee in with no survivability skills... I honestly think Monks and Barbs are gonna be tanky as shit and most likely be highly requested as teamates in Hell/Inferno.
If Blizz wanted to make a crazy OP class they woulda gave us Deathknights...

Also, not using AP is not the same as actively regenerating AP (through a rune) which is what I see as the point of a Sig Spell.

For all you know, gear deteriorates for time spent in battle and not from being hit making it equal for all classes.

And Game Stop told me Feb 2nd. It means nothing. To be able to even place a pre-order they have to have a date in the system. Blizzard has stated countless times that we'll know release at the same time companies do.

WoW "allowed" people to abuse the new LFR system. It was "in the game" and yet everyone who participated was punished including top raiding guilds.
Blizzard can't think of everything. There's always going to be some kind of exploit around. Taking advantage of that is the definition of cheating and they've never hesitated to punish that.

Obviously the classes aren't going to be exactly the same in killing speed and survivability, etc... but they're all going to be pretty damn close and I fully expect all 5 classes to hit level 60 around the exact same time.
What's most important isn't how powerful you may perceive a class to be, it's how enjoyable that class is to play for you.
It is a game after all, the point is to have fun.

You're aware that was 7 years ago and just one instance of such an event. Since then the trend has been two months. Therefore a two month span between announce and release is far more likely than a 19 day one.
Obviously it's not impossible, but I think you're putting a little too much faith in something that has very little relevance. As awesome as a January release would be, IMO the likely hood of it at this point is under 10%. I hope I'm wrong. I'm betting more on Feb 13th.

I haven't tried it, but from what I've heard it's really, really slow. Verizon also blocks tethering unless you have a special plan for it, it is not included in the unlimited plan.
