I like 1.0.8 a lot and am looking forward to the next patch, but what really turned into a corner for me was playing more in Hardcore mode with this patch. I get the new shiny feel all over again because I have no gear, and have to completely separate myself from the all-in faceroll mode I get into while farming softcore. I actually enjoy the sword n' board gameplay while doing everything I can to survive.

I agree with you on the density changes. As I level up in hardcore, I want to sorta stay above the level requirements, and I do that by exploring every inch of the map, and going into every dungeon that activates. I'm enjoying it by actually paying attention to every detail, instead of just racing through the acts.

After this patch, the bug could have made every player's but mine own gold count have exponential zeros attached to it, and I still wouldn't care. My item hunt and game experience isn't at all related to the auction houses.

Didn't care about everyone having god-mode in D1, didn't care that duping was out of control in D2, and still don't care about the bugs that consume people's time complaining in D3.

Edit- That Tiffy poster above me is clueless. I can see why he/she is getting flamed.

No, I'm not being sarcastic, but I know it's difficult for some people like you to actually understand that a lot of people like the game and like the features they are adding with each patch.

I'm sure you'd oblige in taking, I mean testing, kind people's good gear to see if they can re-copy their character.

I'm really looking forward to farming other acts now with this new feature. Act 1 is my favorite, so I'll be so glad to ditch act 3 for a while and still have the same odds at the same gear.

I have only invested a couple hours into TL2, and it's still "ok." I don't regret buying it, but I don't get any huge amounts of excitement out of it to keep driving forward. It might because my build isn't optimum, but the skills I have on my zerker are bland.

In the end, I'm sticking with D3 ofc and LoL/Dota2 when I need to pvp.

If I had any real gripe about D3, it has to do with Cain's death. He was THE icon of the series, and he died like a puss to some non-factor fairy pawn. For all the time this game was on the drawing board, it was a little disappointing that no one stepped up and disagreed with the way it was produced and handled.

I really like the changes to loot, the min ilvl items dropping in Inferno, etc. I think this is going to be a great patch overall. I'm not overly concerned with the proc coefficient change on sprint, but I might think about taking blood funnel to compensate for the lower amount of ticks from sprint refilling my health bar. Then again, it still might hit quick enough without blood funnel and not be worth remembering.

It's really not a nerf if you read the article. Yes, the numbers are going down in effectiveness, but they are lowering the dmg of everything even more so you can choose other things and not have mandatory skills.

He tried logging in, but didn't read the message on the login screen saying it was going down. If you check a status page before logging in, I don't know what to tell you. Oh I know, you want something more to cry about regarding Blizzard.
