This, this is awesome:
Vengeance Is Mine Vengeance Is Mine
desc : Cooldown: 90 seconds / Turn into the physical embodiment of Vengeance for 15 seconds. / *Side Guns: Whenever you activate a skill, you gain 2 additional shots to the left and right for 100% weapon damage. / *Homing Rockets: Rockets shoot automatically at nearby enemies for 75% weapon damage.
Rune A : This rune is not yet designed. E-mail John Yang with your ideas.
Training Drone : A mechanical contraption orbits you, dealing 150% weapon damage per second to enemies around you.
Personal Mortar : Launch grenades at random enemies outside melee range for 200% weapon damage.
Stimulants : Heal for 10% of maximum life each second.
Its awesome if you can handle 90 second cool downs. :/
Cooldown reduction will help alleviate that thankfully
I missed the reduced cooldown. Where is that exactly?
It's one of the new affixes that roll on gear, as well as part of the offensive tab in the paragon 2.0 window, and the new gem (diamond) also gives cd reduction if socketed on the head slot.

Do you have a source? cause in this vid --> http://uk.ign.com/videos/2012/05/06/diablo-iii-blizzards-top-tips-for-inferno-mode
Jay clearly states that:
There are new monster affixes in inferno that aren't anywhere else in the game.
Since the guide does not have a single affix unique to inferno i suspect the same is true with items and item affixes.
Again this is only speculation.

It took me +\- 6 years to get a full trang-oul's set in d2, while in wow it takes me a couple weeks to get full dragon soul gear on an alt... do you see the difference here?
they are completely different game mechanics which renders soulbound on diablo 100% useless...

Because i remember jay stating that some inferno monsters have abilities which are not present in the other dificulties, and all the abilities from the guide are available in the other dificulties as well as item affixes, which means (if we extrapolate it to legendaries) that we are not seeing the full range of items and/or affixes...

Destroying everything in their path, the proud heros of sanctuary hacked and slashed through hundreds of bipedal cattle with polearms, looting whatever could fit in their backpacks.
Enter: The Cow King, the ruthless leader of the bovine madness, who's true name was in fact... Binkles.
Although alot stronger than his minions he also eventually fell to the might of sanctuary's heros, specifically the Necromancer, who decided to reanimate him to serve his not so righteous agenda.
With the prime evils defeat and the destruction of the worldstone, the Necromancer decided to exile himself, dispeling all his former minions, making them self destruct and ending their "undeath", but not Binkles, he wasn't ready to die, and with sheer willpower he managed to bind his spirit to the nearest life form at the time of his second death, which unfortunately was... a frog.
To this day Binkles searchs for a way to get his revenge on mankind, some rumors say he even sided with hell, while others say he befriended the Tribe of the Five Hills within the Teganze jungles and got hold of an obsidian rune, making him huge and alot more powerful, there's even others saying he is searching for the enchanted pony land where he will make his comeback... who knows what the future holds for Binkles, but one thing is certain, we haven't yet seen the last of him.
