2Kuoraz they already in-game (you even can craft them, but crafted one ask for lvl 16 or so) and have zero difference from normal 2H

erm. like "power" regen on monk\caster items?
ie. this filter out items with stats that not benefit you at all (like monk using dagger for caster?)

So... I'm just curious, if Blizzard leaves in +skill affixes on items and then allows the player to choose the specific rune that unlocks on a skill, would that "fix" the current system?
No, there still will be a lot of people who will cry out of frustration.

What the big reason behind this? I mean they are kinda just same 2H weapons as Axes or alike.. Are they give some bonuses that normal 2H weapons don't/can't have?

Time bubble helps a lot with hitting target, also i found that only two spells in beta that pretty much "auto-hit" are electrocute and arcane barrage (and even barrage can miss fast moving targets)

erm +skills datamined.. without ranks on skills as it is now - what this gives? Only another meaningless speculations like wth is Arcane Torrent Increased by 1-3 (Wizard only) ?? Whaaa? by 1-3 of what? What increased? That can be just some junk from earlier builds or something like that..
anyway if they do this, then crafting will be even more pain in arse.. (imagine that end game craft with 5-6 random properties, which all can be different skills)

new Skills UI pretty clearly show what you wanna take for Inferno ) and its half or more skills that are defensive. With just singnature\RMB skills being for dealing damage.
something like this: http://d3db.com/tool/calculator/wizard/5144 and only if damage from Hydra trigger confraglation

it was after i looked updated p13 calculator )= Frenzy barb looks now as totally frigin killing machine.
And imho there's no Cold\Fire\Lighting\Arcane difference in d3, as there just 1-2 skills for each damage, and pretty much nothing to boost damage of particular group of skills. Ie all we have are Black Ice that boost cold damage against chilled and frozen targets and Confraglation (only burn target and then cast anything)

posted a message on So whats the Point of Low lvl uniques if re-rolling is pointless?
    Quote from Manoluck

You assume low lvl uniques will yeild materials to make higher level items. I assure you this will not happen. Dont believe me? Look at the wow crafting system. They never ask for mats you can obtain low lvl to build high end gear.
Then you need go and reread Crafting section, and find that low lvl rare\legendary reagents from salvaging can be upgraded to higher-tier reagents. And don't post meaningless info if you don't even bothered to read about d3 crafting.

As many people the only thing that bugs me is we cant unlock them in any order. I should be able to choose which one I unlock when i level. If everything is balanced (as we hope they will be) then it promotes personal choice while still gating the progressions of the runes (if thats really then intent of staggering the level acquisitions of runes) and allowing us time to play with all of them.
That would mean that lots of players never ever switch to other runes (wow i got that one the best rune as soon as i got runes up, why i must care about others, that are 1000% less useful?!?)

I really don't understand what you all are going on about. It seems almost every complaint about the new system is completely devoid of logic. The "OMG I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY ARE MAKING US GET TO LEVEL 60 TO HAVE ALL RUNES UNLOCKED!!!" makes zero sense. How many games have you all played where you get 100% of abilities/skills/etc one third of the way into leveling???

That is actually not the complaint Ive been hearing. The real problem people have with this new system is that there is no real uniqueness that you can build into your character through skills. Everyone was REALLY excited that they could go into inferno and get some rank 7 rune to boost whirlwind. Now its just plug-and-play, everyone gets the same skills. It could be easily fixed with the common suggestion of 'rune scrolls' or 'rune books' but that hasnt happened yet

The way I see it, the new system is a lot like guild wars with out the synergies
Oh nooees.. everyone get rank7 rune now... and like in d2 all characters was different from everyone else? No they was all used same skill tree, same runes\runewords as much as possible. And if they don't got THAT one precious rune they was forced to go and check market\ or farm till they die from exhaustion. And its not like runes\runewords in d2 wanted particular lvl to be used, ie you still had to get that lvl to plug rune in.. and then find that you plugged that Zod at wrong order on accident.. hell yeah - old system was better (for who? for people who have no life?)

as for now Wizards deal awesome aoe, but in beta Barbs and Monk do like twice as more damage as single target dps.. so i don't really see much of reason to take more then one wiz in party

kinda don't see reason in that changes for now - as all we "normal" humans with "normal" beta access have is - some little part of act1, and lvl13 as cap
