posted a message on Consoles - One bug for another
    Quote from Daveburton»

Ugh, so to fix the duping bug, it created another bug!!! The bug fix was that once you leave the area, anything that was on the ground disappears.

For example, when you finish a rift, find out that your blood shards is maxed out, you'll teleport back to town, spend them to make room and then teleport back to the rift only to see that the ones you couldn't pick up are no longer there!!

So take note - before you run a rift/Greater Rift, make sure you are not near or maxed out on blood shards!

Which system may I ask? PS4 or XboxONE

(...) immaturity, and toxic part-time keyboard warriors that likes to think of itself as part of the wider more level-headed community are all too happy to disregard the fact that this is indeed just one of a number of projects, would you still be so keen to jump ship if you also had full knowledge and experience of the other games that were in development?

Because yes i agree Immortal alone might, MIGHT (if i was holding the CM position) have me looking for a different position, but it isnt alone, and at this point, work on new games is confirmed, and in those circumstances im not so sure this is something worth resigning over. For me its more a chance for someone much higher and more representative of Blizzard as a whole to step forward. make the necessary apology and follow it up with some genuine, tangible restraint and reigning in of the companys ego, which at this moment in time is talking a much better game than it is actually creating, since reskin remaster and rebrand is all thats on offer.

Please show me any Blizzard statement saying other Diablo games, besides that mobile aberration, are being developed.

Allan Adham and Wyatt Cheng have stated that they work for other PC related Diablo Stuff in an Interview.

On the interview they said the company is currently working on multiple unannounced Diablo projects for die-hard PC fans.
Those projects are not necessarily new games. They could be anything.

Nevalistis said the exact same thing a while back on that video about new projects being on the works, and here we are with nothing but disappointment.
I think people should remove the rose-tinted glasses and stop building expectations on everything blizzard says.

Of course it does not say that, but also neither the other. Everything Blizz is saying after the Immortal fiasco is to be taken with a huge grain of salt.

At least I hope Mr. Morhaime does the opening ceremony for a last time before Jay is going to take over. Thats all I want, I will not leave the hype train yet, but my expectations are lower, so in a few days, we will see.

    Have a nice weekend all.

    Debunked.

“While we love the idea of bringing our players together across platforms, we do not have any plans to implement cross-platform gameplay for Diablo at this time.”

Not quite sure if this is up to date. But I remember they said something like "the question is not if, but when"

    Hey Kcayce,

The best way is to cube it. You can cube yellows into Legendaries and reroll Legendaries.

The chance of getting a better rolled ancient or maybe primal this way is easier imho.

You should just need to farm DBs and Bounty mats (and essence too) you can go try it out and find what is more effective for your gameplay.

Either way, you farm. You can farm Rifts and Grifts and hope it will drop or you farm mats like crazy and cube the hell out of it.

    Cheers.

posted a message on Diablo 4 - Possibly leaked on Reddit

This "leaked" information sounds a lot like Lost Ark Gameplay. IF this is true, I would be happy to play it even though I don't like MMOs, but I highly doubt that this is legit.

3 weeks to go and we all should know what Blizzard has to offer.

With all the hype going on, I probably will lower my expectations a bit just to not get too disappointed when the cat is out the bag and its not what I hoped it would be what they want to announce.

    Stay a while and...yeah whatever ;)

(To myself: hype is real :D)

I wonder about the outrage if it were a PVP expansion...

"Isometric Battle Royal, where you fight fellow Nephalem for supremacy

    Join us 05-X-2019"

    Or a mobile game.

Well, considering the thread of all the Diablo games is the loot hunt, I kind of think that would be a bad choice. That said, I don't think a robust PvP portion of the game would necessarily be a bad thing; I didn't mind that they removed the hostile function of D2 for D3, but I do think if people want it as a part of the game, it should be included. I also think that esports help keep games current and relevant, to an extent.

As for a mobile game...I'd love to play Diablo on my iPad, but I can't imagine it being great to play with just tapping. It is just too limiting. I would love to see a companion app like they made for WoW, where you could craft gear, or maybe trade items. I really hope they bring back trading the right way.

Diablo Mobile would be playable like Dungeon Hunter Games. So I can very well imagine something like that becoming a thing. Besides the mobile game, I hope there is something big after the opening ceremony.

    Fingers crossed.

    D4:

    + Cinematic

    + Gameplay

    + Website

    + Coming 2020

    D2HD:

    + Coming 2019

    D3:

    - Expansion

    50/50 DLC

I am still unsure only about the D3 case. So much questions there and points pro/contra new DLC. I leave it 50/50 for a DLC. No expansion for sure.

D2HD will probably not be part of it. Maybe something D2 related.

posted a message on Pre BlizzCon 2018 - Me, Myself and Diablo

Hello there Angels and Demons, all the Nephilim and Heroes of Sanctuary! I thought it would be nice to see what engaged and drove people into playing Diablo, now that this years BlizzCon might bring us the needed love for this franchise.

I, myself, never were into Role playing games. I started playing Racing Games on a Schneider PC 25 years ago, where I discovered the passion of gaming in general. My parents couldn't affort a gaming machine, not a real PC, nor a gaming console such as the NES or SNES at this time.

The Schneider PC and the Amiga 500 gifted from a friend's father were the only gaming possibilities at that given time.

One day, my parents waited for me when coming from school with one big package wrapped up in surprise paper.

I was wondering what that could be and began unwrapping and saw that they bought me a Pentium 120 MhZ PC from olivetti. This was so amazing and there was the beginning of my journey into PC gaming.

Looking for games to play on this machine, my library was very little, because at this time Period a Highscreen PC was the top High End and mine couldn't compete with these specs but one game: Diablo.

Diablo worked fine on it and I played it so much that I couldn't resist playing it day after day after day.

So here we are after Diablo 2 and Lord of Destruction, Diablo 3 became an instant Loot-hunting passion and after hours of gameplay and loot here is the year of Diablo finally coming (hopefully).

Diablo remembers me of my parents, who had not the financial possibilities but tried hard to just make me a favour in my childhood to bring gaming into my life. So there is emotional value too.

Thank you all, if you took the time to read this and hope to see some other people's adventure in becoming a loot hunting Hero.

We all agree that D3 could use some improvements and content, but, we all agree too that we did spent hours of gameplay into it.

    See you soon

Those playing, are double caches worth it? doesn't seem like it would be.

Hey Aerisot, bounty mats are good when you want to reroll legendaries to have a better rolled ancient or maybe primal to enhance your character, but, it will consume a lot of it and for casual players it is not as worth as for competitive players focusing on leaderboards pushing to the max. You need 5 of each for one reroll and you reroll a lot. So if that is the way you play, double bounty mats are very interesting, time and effort wise.

Still no response from Blizzard? Keeping quiet and hoping the problem goes away? Gah should have not bought it on PS4 if this is the attitude.

I get the feels man, but regretting the buy has nothing to do with this I hope so, why did you bought it first? Hope you enjoy the game nonetheless.
