I like steelseries, though I use 5Hv2. Some people say they are better than Syberia, so you might as well check them out. Or maybe 7H, they are better at blocking external sounds. Syberia for $40 is sweet.
Siaynoq and Freddy are right, headphones do break, so you should keep that in mind.
1 x ($64.99) RAIDMAX Blackstone series RX-700AC 700W Continuous Power ATX12V V2.3 / EPS12V V2.91 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Modular Active PFC Power Supply
700W is a little too much. A friend of mine runs 2xGTX560Ti SLI with an OCed i5-2600k 4.5GHz on a 750W PSU. If you don't plan on using CrossFire and overclock, 550W will be more than enough. Maybe you can save some money here. Aside from that everything seems to be fine.
Followers are fine. I prefer playing with friends, but my imaginary gf likes to play solo and runs with the templar all the time. All in all I like the idea and like the fact that they disappear in multiplayer.
D3 has really low requirements. That PC I described is so much overkill. You can play BF3 on high with no problem at all, don't know about ultra though. BF3 is terribly optimised.
Motherboard ASUS P8H67-M LE(rev 3.X) LGA 1155, mATX
cheap, good chipset, 4xSATA2, 2xSATA3, 4xUSB2.0, 2xUSB3.0, PCI-E 2.0 x16, up to 16Gig 1333MHz RAM, pretty much everything you need. Costs about $80 in Moscow (further prices I provide are from our local store).
CPU INTEL Core i5 2400, LGA 1155, oem
4 cores, 3.1GHz, 1MB lvl1 cache, 6MB lvl2 cache. i5 are great, in games they perform as good as i7 do. Take a look at benchmarks, or google a little, you'll know what I mean. i5 2600k is the best for gaming, but you don't need that much power, even i5 2400 is over the top, but it's great and not as expensive - around $185. May as well stick with core i3. AMD is not my choice, Intel is better at the moment.
THERMALTAKE CL-P0556-B
Much better than standard Intel coolers, cheap, $10
2x KINGSTON VALUERAM KVR1333D3N9/4G DDR3- 4GB, 1333, DIMM, Ret
I recommend 8GB and 1333MHz, the gains from 1600MHz are minimal, yet they are more expensive. Also don't spend your money on expensive "gaming" memory, it's overpriced and you don't need it for D3. Samsung and Kingston are more than enough. Price is about 2x$25.
AEROCOOL Strike-X 600, 600W
Or any other good 550-600W PSU for about $80, Thermaltake are also good. 500W should also be enough for this config, though I'd take 550W just to be sure.
ATX CASECOM Texconn 5788, Midi-Tower
Or any other cheap Midi-Tower(this one is $45). Make sure it's open enough, Aerocool and Thermaltake are good, though more expensive. This one is a bestseller in our store. You can also use your old chassis.
GLACIALTECH IceWind GS12025
One or two decent 120mm chassis coolers, $4 each
SEAGATE Barracuda 7200.12 ST500DM002, 500GB, HDD, SATA III
A good $80 HDD, or you can use your old one. Or both.
Well, that's over $700 if you buy a new HDD, and prices may differ, but this should give you an idea. Read some reviews, choose good stuff and don't pay for fancy brands and unnecessary lights all over your stuff. That's my 2 cents.
I was threatend walking on the street by a gang of russians. (No clue how I knew they were russians lol).. They asked me to hand over my money/wallet. So I slowly took out this receipt from my pocket wich said Diablo 3 Collectors edition with the logo and all on it. (I said this is worth as much as my wallet ) . And handed it over slowly. Once this russian guy took it. I punched him so hard in the face, but he didnt seem to bother I punched him. Very odd dream. Thats all I can remember from it :P.
I noticed that too. And according to the big wall of text, there's supposed to be a russian( i think) message at the end, but I must have missed it. (to busy peeing my pants)
The letters are russian, but the text itself makes no sense. If you google translate that "the sights of hell bring its viewers back in" thing back and forth a few times, you might just get a close enough result. Also the first word ("визирования") makes no sense in Russian, it's like a transcription of the word "visions", but... well, let's just say it sounds to us like "visioningness" or some crap like that would sound to native English speakers.
There's no info whether CE will be present in Russia at all (SCII CE wasn't), and the release date is June 7th for us (we can still buy digital european version on May 15th though), and I don't know if I want to order from amazon.de because our mail service can just loose your package or deliver it a few weeks later than expected. Don't know what am I gonna do.
BUT! Our "Russian only" version will be available for about $30, good for the people that can stand playing D3 in Russian.
I think a lot of the endgame looks are overdone. I do think end game sets should look epic, but my notion of what an epic hero looks like is a little more practical and subdued than Blizzard's.
Agreed.
Hey folks take a look at the next tier of barbarian armor! Freshly leaked!
