Dude, PLEASE, don’t play the game. If you’re bored it’s fine, move on and come back when there’s something new. It’s just a game, it’s gonna be fine. There’s some of us out there who are having fun playing season 12 and don’t feel like you do.

Ok everybody calm their tits. They said there wasn't going to be any new announcements at Blizzcon like a month ago. Still plenty of stuff to do in the upcoming season with all the old builds coming back. Bored with seasons? Go play HC. Still bored? Go play other games and come back when they add something new. Whats the big deal?!

U guys all jobless or homeless or just cheap what is it? In what world can you afford to own a computer and pay for electricity and internet, but you can't be bothered to spend $10 to buy the class? I mean.... I think D3's demographic at this point is mostly adults - people that are 20 years old or older. I have talked to many D3 players who have families, kids, houses, cars etc. and I just don't understand it when some would argue that spending $10 buck is too much. For comparison, a cheap bottle of wine is $10 and is gone in half an hr, where you could be playing the necro pack for like 1-2 months if you enjoyed it.

I think the freeze basically gives them a safe period to which they can roll back in case some exploits rise up when 2.6.1 is live. Last season people found out that necro WD combo and leveled gems to 135+ so when blizzard had to roll back characters they had to go back to that they deemed “reasonable” levels. With the lock they can just go back to the state ladder is today for example and know for sure that was before any exploits.
