----->Or it's a genuine attempt to begin rebuilding the relationship with the community.<--- It's a first step, so it might not be a perfect system right away, but we're willing to make the effort and improvements along the way. (Blue Tracker / Official Forums)
I love this line, because you can just see the thought process behind it. "We know Jay fucked everything up for us, and we're trying like hell to fix it." Sure, Jay may be working on a new project, but more importantly he's put behind closed doors away from the community where he can do no more harm, or remind anyone of the harm he's done. And yes, I know the F that loser was essentially behind closed doors, but what's done is done.
Basically... Blizzard's been served a record sized helping of humble pie. And it's a bit entertaining to watch them desperately try to win back support. Seriously. It seems every day there's a CM posting saying: "Tell us what you want us to do!!!!" lol
Still enjoying the game though, but their public image is crap right now, that can't be denied. Their next director better have a natural charisma score of 18. -

the time it took him to write all that down could have gone to passing on some good stuff to the devs
There's these things called e-mail and multitasking. I can't imagine it took her more than 10 minutes to write all of those posts. And between posts she could easily send an e-mail to a dev if she found anything worth passing on. -

Well lets hope they add something else than just the dual option... I mean i will be happy for the PVP crowd but for me if it is only PVP/Dual I could care less lol
Well, based on hints CMs have been dropping word on the street for 1.07 is this:
-looking at followers (set items actually working on them)
-reflect damage change via both from pets not causing damage to you and indicator of RD (Possibly like Invulnerable shielding but with Reflect Damage instead) so it's not constantly on.
-commented on making banner drops more interesting.
-profile update more frequent
-Longer and farther ping on legendary drops?
-looking at life on kill affix
-looking at thorns affix
-looking at wizard archon ability
-looking at one with Everything reworked
-looking at DH grenade rework
That's a few sort of interesting things, but considering how long this patch has taken, I would hope we get more, at least in terms of class balance. -

LOL, no.
Garbage in, garbage out. The community was diverse and enjoyable when the game first came out but shortly after everyone discovered what D3 ended up being, those with sense left and all you had left were rabid fanboys furious that people didn't think this was another great entry in the Diablo franchise.
I disagree and think that some people genuinely enjoy playing this game, regardless of what anyone else thinks about it. Well, at least I know I do, which is really the only person I can speak for anyway. -

I can't be alone here. There must be other people who really couldn't care less how much XP monsters give you.

All I know is that Wyatt prefers seasons (so it may be less competition based) and also that he likes season specific items. :/

The bug fix he was referring to was this: http://i.imgur.com/B6ox8FI.png
The top range should be 1111. Sometimes you'd get well below that, in other words, 1hand damage affix. I had never even got this bug myself.
No, it doesn't make DPS massive, but it doesn't need to because 2handers function differently, and are still better in certain situations for various reasons.
Blizzard has created this problem themselves however with their sheet damage stat and the largest stat on weapons being it's DPS. Even if you could reason that taking a 2h would be better for you build, no one is going to do it, because it just feels better to take something where the game tells you in bright green happy numbers it's without a doubt better. There's also the issue that resource generation favors fast weapons.
